Loram Plumbing comes highly recommended. We have used Loram a few times to repair a leak under our sink and to install & repair a hose bib and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment we called, they were professional, courteous, and quick to schedule an appointment that worked with our schedule.

They arrived on time and immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem. Charlie is knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, and was transparent about the cost and time needed to complete the repairs.

The work was done efficiently, and the plumbing issue was resolved with no surprises.

I needed to have my kitchen sink fixed as the drain basket was leaking. Called on Monday and they couldn't come out until Thursday. Two men arrived on Thursday afternoon and spent about 25-30 minutes. Replaced basket and wrote up a bill - $285!!!!! The bill was not itemized so I had no idea of the cost of the basket. I checked Lowe's and Home Depot and the most expensive drain basket is about $25. That leaves $260 for 1/2 hour of labor!!!! I paid but will not use them again - way too expensive.

They are robbers ....

They do not provide break down of the job cost. Only bid a fixed price , saying will take 2 days and they are in and out in 2 to 3 hrs , over charge by a factor of 4 - 6x. No refund given.

They spread FUD -- Fear , Uncertainty and Doubt

They Pray on the elderly and peoples trust.
