We paid Lopez plumbing almost 400 to unclog our drain and 5 days later it's clogged again!!!! When we called them back they said, "Sorry, our work is not guaranteed!" They're horrible.

Had a leak on my sprinkler system pvc pipe he charged me 180 to take it off and put a cap on it. Didnt know what going rate were at the time. Called someone 2 do a backflow test and asked how much he wouldve charge and he told me 50 dollars. Never again will i call them.

I needed a new hot water heater. I called four plumbers. Marco Lopez was the first to call back. I told him I had three other plumbers coming to give me estimates, He was able to do it for the estimate even though it took longer than it usually should due to the mess the old heater had created. He worked so darn hard with no assistant and got it done. He did a fine job to boot. It probably does help if you can be there to keep an eye on them. But, my only complaint is I had to wait longer than I would have liked for him to show up.

Beware of these guys taking advantage of the elderly! They came in and charged my disabled grandfather $600 to fix a leaking kitchen sink. They didn't provide any quote or breakdown of parts used in the repair. Only after a call to the owner to complain did they offer to refund a measly $100 check. Stay away or risk getting scammed!

This person is a rip off. he charged $270 more than market rates in NYC! Work was done for my father who is handicapped and I was not there to oversee it. Told us the amount after he had dissassembled the toilet, done "some" work and then said, "oh, I looked at the bottom of the toilet and it has a leak, if you don't fix it and the toilet leaks it is not my fault unless you replace it. That is an additional $250 on what I was supposed to charge, but I will not charge you for that work. Toilet is $250 and labor is $250." I was not there and his caregiver could not deal with it, so I caved. He uses the fact that he is a small biz owner to justify his holding you hostage and charging a ridiculous amount.
