I called Lopez Plumbing about 6weeks or so ago for an estimate on some valves in my condo that needed replacing. I followed up twice by phone and by text after the initial request, and was told I was ""fourth in line for review."" After my last call, they provided information to email one of the team members directly, but it had been weeks of waiting by that point and other companies came through with estimates, so I went ahead and scheduled the work with a different company.

I still have yet to hear from this company, and presumably I'm still fourth in line. Communication and follow up is poor., but obviously can't comment on their plumbing work in this review, so take that with a grain of salt.

I liked the rapid response from the answering of my first phone call to them to the two engineers arriving at my home moments later wearing their safety PPE. I have to give those guys kudos for not giving up after trying one avenue with limited result, they tried a different avenue with 100% results. They gave us not only out basement back but also our home and out everyday activities of personal hygiene and being able to do laundry. Also the most important part of doing busy with the Lopez Plumbing Co. was their reasonable pricing, which I was very grateful about. I will be using them again when the need arises. I highly recommend this busy.

The owners remain available 24/7 to all their clients. The service department has exceeded any expectations I had. Mario and his crew member Andres were great! While their location is on the Southside they still did service up here in Rogers Park for me. While it was a replacement of a cartridge in the faucet, it was done quickly, professionally all at a reasonable cost.

I spoke to Mario on a Monday morning, sent him some pictures of the issue via text then come Wednesday AM, Andres came by.

By the time we went to buy the part and install it, everything was done in an hour or so.

Use them for great, quick and reasonable service!

Its extremely hard finding a good and honest plumbing company in this city. With that being said I finally found one I can depend on.

Had two separate plumbing issues and both times the company came out, gave me advice and explained weather it was worth my while to pay for the fixing. True professionals, it's been five years since the first issue and no problems ever since. Second issue was also fixed and I saved my precious time and money.

PS: These guys are experts with big jobs and know their way around the city.

LPS service is absolutly fantastic! We recently had a plumbing problem and the plumber came immediately to resolve it. The plumber took the time to explain the problem and our options to fix it. He even check in with us the following morning to make sure everything was working in proper order. The price was right and the customer service was great... We highly recommend their service to anyone who needs a plumber!

I was recently shopping around and comparing prices for a plumbing company. I had prices from various businesses that were absolutely outrageous. LPS was very reasonably priced. They came out immediately and were very professional ,courteous and were able to answer all my questions! FIVE STARS!!!
