Daniel Lopez aka Ernesto Vasquez is a scammer. He will run off your money and makes a lot of drama: (1) his father died and he needs to send money, can I get additional advance money; (2) his secretary is stealing his money; (3) this work needs to be done, I will not charge you labor but I need to buy the materials so I can proceed with the project. All of those BS. He pretends that he knows to do it but uses those people who stands at Home Depot who can't speak English then leave them.

FRAUD and SCAMMER. Buyer beware. Leonel Lopez Vasquez is a smooth talker. Seems like he has been active these past few weeks scamming a number of people. If I had seen these reviews earlier, I would not have hired him. He replaced my concrete driveway. The job was okay. I paid him in full after the concrete was poured, minus $500 to be paid after the clean up. It's been 2 weeks, and all I get is the run-around. And, it turns out he did not pay for the concrete, so I am out an extra $1000. I have had the same experience as all the other reviewers.

All of the reviews are true! Stay away from him because he will try to steal your money and not finish the work. Don't believe any paperwork or credinteals he show you. He will continue to make excuses during the work and will try to nickel and dime you!

I would not recommend Ernesto Lopez Maintenance. I should have gone with my gut since he said could start tomorrow? He had 2 other neighbors jobs not finished and said he was waiting on supplies. His team speaks little English. They started using a jack hammer on cement under fence post when my neighbors Tesla was in the driveway?????? I asked them to stop so I could call and get the car moved and they started back up. Nails and cement left behind for me to clean up. Work was not worth what I paid and after money was given, text and calls were ignored. Checks were cashed immediately though. Neither of my neighbors were satisfied either.

Do not hire. These guys only do dump runs, posing as landscaping and handyman. They will mess up your house.
