We just moved into an older house with ancient pipes. Learned quickly that wipes do cause clogging. I called around looking for service late night on July 3rd, and he offered to come 7AM on 4th of July! I mainly chose Loop Plumbing because it was very apparent he has a lot of knowledge and experience during our phone conversation. Upon his arrival, he evaluated the issue. Worked his magic and we had a working toilet in 30 minutes...it actually works better now. A couple of days later, we noticed our sink was leaking water. He arrived within 45 minutes after the call. Rescued us twice in less than a week. During the process of both services, he told us what to do to prevent future issues, and was happy to let us watch him at work for educational purposes. Love it when you find good people doing good and honest work. Also very kind and respectful. Affordable prices as well. Daniel with Loop Plumbing is 5 stars and then some.

During a plumbing emergency, loop plumbing reached out to me and offered their services. They were willing to come immediately to my residence to fix the issue. I ended up being able to resolve the issue another way. I contacted Loop plumbing to cancel the request and offered to send money as a kind gesture for their outstanding customer service. Although money for the inconvenience was declined, they offered to still come and look at my faucet. I 100% recommend this company.
