They installed my jacuzzi over 5 years ago and when I recently had problems they came out and did an inspection. They care and have good customer service.

Pathetic. No compensation for the clear inconvenience and 6 extra months of rearranging schedules and fully cleaning up after dirty contract workers 10-15 more times than we should have. This was supposed to be done before we moved in.

Brian is a sorry excuse for an owner and has terrible communication skills. He sends 500 word emails without a single punctuation mark and terrible word structure to the point where it becomes hard to look at him in the face when you see him.

The quality of the work is subpar. It takes you actually looking at the quality and pointing out issues for them to argue with you why it is any issue only to eventually fix it anyways. Some items that were known issues for months never got fixed.

Overall, if I could rate this no stars I would. I have a lot more work I am planning for the summer, Lookout will not get a chance to quote it

Brian, Jody, Randall and Monty worked well together to do our floors, all new kitchen cabinets, carpet on stairs, six new appliances integrated into our place and new lighting throughout. The work was timely and communication was great!

I can't speak to the quality of their work (seeing as it is not complete yet), but here again, I find myself waiting for one of Lookout's handymen well past the appointed time. Why is he coming to my house again when the small plumbing job should have been finished in under 2 hours? Oh, because he was over an hour late last time and I finally had to leave for work so I wouldn't be any later than I already was, and he couldn't finish the job. And here I am again, waiting.... Don't bother to call the company, because they just try to placate you with remarks about how he will be there in 10 min., which doesn't make me any happier when he arrives 30 min. after the call. Unfortunately, I don't have a choice about working with them, because they are favored by my rental property company (who are cheap a*%holes, so no wonder this is the quality of service they provide).

Brian and his team provided an aggressive quote on a deck project of mine and were able to complete the work in less than a day. The work required was extensive and added many years of longevity to the deck, which will result in decreased maintenance costs and decreased potential damage to the structure itself. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and promoted repairs and solutions that would be permanent in nature. I'm very happy with their quality of work and would recommend them for future projects.
