NIce guy perhaps, but terrible plumber. He provided a timely estimate to install hot water equipment with specific installation direction including all new valves and fittings. He gave a price for labor and parts. He was hire without negotiation or question and he began the next day. At end of job he said that the controlling computer was bad and that I needed a new one right away as he did not have one. In good faith I paid him. upon closer inspection, He installed equipment in a very SLOPPY manner and contrary to my request and manufactures direction and also reused old valves that leaked. When he was called and informed of the leaky OLD valves he said that he would replace the valves but he would charge me $100! The computer was not defective, the power switch was off! He came the next morning and I also informed him that the tank was not installed correctly. He said that he would make the corrections. After 1 hour he said he made the corrections. Upon inspection He only change 1 of 2 old leaky valves and did not correct his other mistakes and refused to do so. Bad Plumber, Bad customer service, Bad Business. Not so nice after all!
