Called at 8 am to see if I could get someone over to fix my leaking pipe in the basement. I had explained that it was leaking even when I had no water running so I had my water shut off until I could get it fixed. I was told he would be to my house around 2. Around 3 I still had heard nothing from him so I called. I had to call 3 times before he answered and he said he was finishing up a job and a little behind but he would be over. Around 6 I called a few more times & never got an answer. It's now the next day and I still haven't heard from this plumber, and my water is still off. Axberg will be here today.

What do you do when you wake up Christmas morning and your kitchen sink won't drain? Well, I tried some drain cleaner to no available, so I asked my colleagues for recommendations. I was told to call Lonnie Held, so I waited until morning (the 26th), and called, hoping they could help my stopped up sink today so I could deal with the mountain of dirty dishes!

When I called, they asked when I'd be home (all day.. No plans), but gave me a 2 hour window when they would come over to fix it with a SUPER reasonable estimate. About an hour before the time window, I got a phone call asking if I minded if they came early (come on over)!

When they got here, they took off their shoes before coming in (I really do appreciate it), greeted my super friendly cats, and then got to work on the problem. They kept it very very clean where they worked, explained the problem, fixed it, checked it to make sure it was only the one thing, and then were on their way! Quick, friendly fix and the cost was very reasonable (I would have had no clue what to do!)
