Joel from Longs Plumbing came out a few weeks ago to install two new hose bibs. Today, after using the hose for the first time since the install, I noticed a leak. I contacted Joel, and he responded immediately and came out to replace it within a few hours. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to address the problem right away. A good company is willing to right wrongs, and Longs Plumbing did that today. I won't hesitate to call them again with other future plumbing needs.

One of our pipes started leaking, and Joel was able to come out and fix it for us right away. We then decided to replace all of our (very old, rusty) pipes. Joel worked with us as we secured a home improvement loan to do so, and was flexible with our dates as we worked out those details. He was prompt every morning, considerate of our home (and crazy toddler and dog), and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. He communicated at every step of the process and even came the day of a hurricane. We're really happy with the job he did and will definitely use him in the future should we have any other plumbing needs.
