I have used this company personally and for work, and never again!!!! They charge you for hours they are not on the jobsite and for cleaning their vehicles and tools after they are done. Oh but they charge you for the highest waged person on the job to clean this stuff, when you know they are not!!!!! They do not even get the problem fixed but yet you have to pay for hours they were not there and for this stuff. When you call the office to talk with them about the invoice the office lady is mean and nasty!!!!!! Her name is Jo and she is so rude and nasty!!! Please do not use this company use Joe's Plumbing and Heating!!!!

All of the guys we've had come to fix various things have been knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The one hiccup we had was a late night emergency call (basement flooding) - there was a problem with the phone, and though I could hear the guy who answered, he couldn't hear me and apparently he thought I was a prank caller (who prank calls a plumbing company???) and finally yelled ""D--- KIDS, QUIT CALLING"" and hung up. It was pretty funny, actually, or it would have been if the basement hadn't still been flooded. But that wasn't really Long's fault. When we finally got through they did come and fix it.
