Called them in the morning because of a water leak. Was told someone would be out that afternoon. No one ever showed up. Not good to have someone stay at home and wait and then be a no show.

Scott and Logan are the best! I owned a house in Shreveport that was under contract to be sold. We needed to have some major plumbing issues taken care of asap before closing. I contacted Long Run Plumbing, and despite me living out of town, they were extremely helpful, trustworthy and professional. The work was completed on time and the price was very fair. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend them.

I went with Long Run Plumbing because of their one 5 star review (most companies did not have any reviews) and I'm glad I did. Logan and his assistant were prompt, fast, and professional. The final cost was less than their competitors.

I had my valve body and stand pipe replaced on my shower. The quotes I had gotten from other companies were several hundred dollars mainly due to the number of hours projected to do the work. Long Run was able to do the job for much less because they were in and out and possibly having two people on the job sped things up. Logan was even courteous enough to give advise on a couple of leaking faucets that would allow me to do the work myself.

Very pleased, will use again if the need arises.

The owner, Scott, is really unprofessional when it comes to resolving a conflict. He constantly mumbled on the phone and cut me off during our conversation. Most disturbingly, he sounded like he was under the influence of some alcohol or drugs that slurred his speech to say the least.

Do NOT expect these guys to take responsibility when something goes wrong on the job. Be prepared for everything to be your fault, even when you did exactly what you were told to do and cleared out the bathroom...never mind that they were so rough that thousands of dollars of damage have now been done in an adjoining room to where they were working and now somehow that's YOUR fault. Be VERY cautious...in fact...just find a more reputable plumber to be in the safe side.

I agree with Debra. However the other guy, Justin maybe? I don't remember. Brought in a cup of coffee and electric cigarette to watch Scott do all the work. He did finally go outside and do something in his van. The work was good and the price was fair. Just wondering what that guys job is, maybe he is new. I will use them again but will ask for Scott.
