The owner quoted me $200 over the phone to replace my existing water softening system to a new no salt system which I purchased myself. I questioned the price as it seemed too good to be true....and he insisted that was all it would cost. The workers came, opened the boxes, installed the filter first and then said the owner gave too low a price and it would cost more. The replacement installation cost was $895, $850 with the discount. I recalled them to advise they forgot to remove the under sink filter. The owner balked....it would cost more $. Two weeks later, the head on the conditioner tank was leaking...badly. I called the mfr. and they said the plumber was supposed to tighten the head before installation as the can loosen during shipment. I wouldn't even attempt to recall this co. since they ripped me off so badly, I called another plumber. He said his co. installs many of these systems and that is normal procedure for them to check the heads before hooking up the system as they do tend to loosen during shipment. Let the buyer beware....do not use this company.....
