Just spoke to Dave about a new Home I purchased on well water. I saw their sticker on the equipment so I figured I'd give them a call to see if I can get any records on the work done in the past. He remembered everything that was done to the house from 15 years ago! Being an earth science teacher and having knowledge about Long Island aquifers, Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The well doesn't have any issue, but if something goes array I will definitely use Dave and his company. Their customer service is far superior than any other company I've contacted, even those not regarding wells. It was an absolute pleasure talking to you, Dave! Thank you for the advice and history on my well.

I always call Long Island Well Drillers when there is a problem with my well. A couple of years ago the water was coming out rust colored, they were the only ones who called back to let me know what to do (run it for a day to clear up the water). In the winter of 2016, the well motor finally went bad, I called and it was replaced the next day. Last year Dave and Steve did some work on the hydrant in the barn and it now works perfectly. Last week I noticed the water tank pipes were leaking. I called and as always, Dave was professional on the phone and came as soon as possible. He and his brother Steve came to the house, replaced the tank and improved the piping of the original installers over-complicated installation. I use the well daily for my horses and lawn sprinklers in the summer. They are quick, courteous, professional and know their business. I would HIGHLY recommend Long Island Well Drillers to anyone needing work done on their wells.

Dave and Steve recently replaced a hydrant for me, today, May 19, 2017, I called about a problem with the water pressure tank and a second hydrant in our barn and Dave came the same day, repaired both AND replaced several water spigots. These guys are the best. Thanks again ""Lightning"" Dave.

I recently lost the well water in my house, during the weekend, and because my original well contractor was ""long gone"" I looked in the yellow pages and called Long Island Well Drillers first thing Monday morning. It was the best call I could have made! I spoke with Dave, who hearing about my plight, came over early that afternoon. Together with his father Steve, Sr., Dave restored my water that same day after clearing a blockage. Their knowledge of wells was vast because they have been in the business for so many years. That fast resolution was so welcomed after having gone without water for 2 long days! I also needed to replace my decades-old water tank and corroded fittings. Dave offered to get price quotes on the materials and called me back with the information later that day. The team, now including brother Steve, came back as soon as the parts arrived and installed the new tank and longer-lasting brass fittings. They had to saw my old tank in half because the inside bladder was ready to erupt which would have contaminated my water supply. Also, my corroded fittings could have burst through at any time flooding my basement. They took away my old tank and the new equipment looks so much more substantial than what I had. Their work was neatly finished and so professional. I think what impressed and impacted me the most is that they cared about getting me relief from my distressing situation as though I was a member of their family! I
would, without reservation, highly recommend this long-time family business, with old-fashioned integrity and pride in their work, for all of your well problems!

No one enjoys having a problem with their well, but at least the crew at Long Island Well Drillers can get you back up with minimum disruption. The owner Steve came out immediately after I called to see if he could get us back up. Unfortunately, our issues were not so simple. The next morning his crew (Steve and Dave) arrived on time, dug up the access to our well, and performed all types of tests (wiring, relays, etc.) to determine the cause of our problem. It was obvious that our pump failed. They were able to pull our pump from the bottom of our well, replace it, install new wiring, piping and run and test everything to get us back up with everything filled in by early afternoon.

Long Island Well Drillers was recommended to me by both my retired ""Well Guy"", and a contractor that I know through business connections.

Glad I called, they're honest, efficient, trustworthy and reasonable.

Hope I don't have to, but would use again if needed.
