I got a quote for $385 to replace a toilet shut off valve from this outfit. I was thinking of doing it myself and the valve was about $12 and the pulling tool about $15 at Home Depot. I was a little nervous about doing it so I asked for a bid. I thought this quote was outrageous. I found another plumber who came over in 30 min and did the job plus replace the toilet line for $150.

We had a pinhole leak close to our water meter and needed a quote and repair. We had one company come out and quote us $650 just to troubleshoot the issue. Then stated, ""well this can be in the couple of thousands to fix"" without even troubleshooting it. Sadly, we went through several quotes like this before getting to Long Beach Plumbing.

Long Beach Plumbing came out and quoted hundreds if not thousands less than some of the other companies. They explained the process of repair and were able to fix it very quickly.

So, if you want an honest, respectful, and prompt plumbing company I'd highly recommend Long Beach Plumbing Company.

I had a weekend emergency at a rental, and they're one of the few companies that were available and came out. The problem was more than I expected and it was a blocked main sewer line and had to be hydrogenated clean and they gave me a fair price and got the problem resolved promptly!

Life savers! Had a water pipe break on Thanksgiving early afternoon. They came out within 30 minutes and repaired it. Called a dozen plumbers and they were one of three that answered the phone. Oh and it was raining! 5 stars for quick service, nice plumbers and good work.

Don't use this Company! Their customer service is for S**t. Set up a date and time for them to come and fix a plumbing problem and they never showed up. Tried contacting them to see where they were at but never got a response. Use Quick Flow they are better than this company.

The staff is AMAZING and the work is great. Fast, friendly, frictionless.

The first time I used LB Plumbing was on a Sunday for an emergency situation with my washing machine. Every other plumbing company wanted $100 for an emergency estimate. I sent LB Plumbing some photos and a video and they sent me an estimate range over text. They came out to do the work and stuck to that range. However, they went above and beyond and unclogged my sinks too.

Flash forward to this week, we had a foul smell coming from both bathrooms so I knew who to call. LB Plumbing came out and did a quick estimate to diagnose the problem. They found a hole in the sink drain that was flooding under the house. Again, they gave me a fair price and did great work to fix the problem. An unexpected issue like this is a huge pain but they made it really easy. And yet again, they went the extra mile and unclogged all the drains.

Overall, I have no complaints and highly recommend Long Beach Plumbing!
