Art and his crew were the only plumbers (I called 9 others) who were willing to come out on a very rainy Sunday night. While I was calling other plumbers I told one guy that L.B. Plumbing was willing to do our job and told him the price I was quoted. The other plumber said ""Call them back right now. That is an awesome price!"" Within 20 minutes of arrival Art and his assistants fixed the plug in the main drain to our house, all sinks, toilets and showers work perfectly. These guys are great!

Art responded to my questions very promptly! He was able to have a technician en route to me within an hour. My simple clog turned out to be deeper and more complicated than i had expected. It turned out I had an improperly installed o ring which caused a leak to my downstairs neighbor. Manuel (my technician) was able to unclog the pipe, replace the ring , reinstall my toilet, reseal it and cleaned up in about an hour and a half. Manuel was very knowledgeable and pleasant! i would definitely use them again!

Called LBPC in the morning because my main line had a clog. Arranged for them to come between 2-3pm that day. Primo arrived at 2:30PM cleaned out my main line because there was some blockage. I gotta say, when you are caught in a situation that you can't control.. these guys saved the day. Our sink was leaking from the water lines below. The guy fixed it real quick and also was proactive with another issue we had. Saved me money on having to call them out again.. and I will for sure call them for any other needs we may have in the future.
