Just had LBP at my residence to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber arrived on time as scheduled and was polite and professional. He completed the work in approximately 1 hour and the cost was $175 as agreed. I'm very happy with the work, the only negative is because of the rain I would recommend boot covers to minimize the mess on our wooded floors, and/or drop clothes under and around the sink to protect our wooden floors from any water leaks during the installation. That said, there was no issues with the water drainage etc. so still what I consider an excellent job. It would have definitely been five stars with the additional floor protection that I mentioned.

LBPC is by far the best for promptness, knowledge and professionalism. Our toilet overflowed ""endlessly"" and I was upstairs not aware that I had a flood going on. Water was everywhere. It was late and I did not have a plumber to call. I contacted LBPC because they had great reviews on Yelp. I placed the call at 10:15 PM...I was given an early next morning time for a Technician to arrive. I received a call around 7:00 AM the next morning by Art, confirming address and problem. Art arrived with Carlos at 8:00 AM and took care of the problem. Oh...and did I mention, this was on New Years Eve...morning that he came to help us. Price quote for the job was very good, as I feared it would be high due to it being a weekend as well as a holiday. I will use LBPC again, and refer to all of our friends.

Message them for a quote due to my washer clogged pipe and got respond fast and they're cheapest, Jose came the same day, very nice guy, very professional.

So I hired them to repipe the whole house (replaced all pipes with copper) new water heater, it's not cheap but it needed to be done. The company sent 5 guys arrived at my door 8 am 3 bedroom 2 bath home, walked out my door before 6 pm.

The crew love animals, did a good job, very professional.

We had a toilet disaster late last night and called Long Beach Plumbing for the first time. They arrived within a short period of time, fixed the problem promptly. Art and his crew were pleasant and professional. We highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

I called Long Beach plumbing late Saturday night and they were available to come out early Sunday morning to clear a sewer line. I appreciate the quick response and them being on time to complete the job. I will use them again in the future!

I called for an estimate and service availability. Received a reasonable quote and within two hours, a plumber arrived and fixed my toilet. I was very pleased, as other companies wanted almost double to snake a toilet and they could not come out today.

I am very impressed with this company. We live in a rented 3400sf home and the entire house had to be repiped. Huge job! Our property manager had Long Beach Plumbing Company do the job and the experience was excellent. I was told the job would take 3 to 4 days and it took 3 1/2 days exactly as promised. They had 4 men working on the job who all worked hard and were very respectful of the home and our belongings. They always made sure I had water in one of the bathrooms when they left for the day so it was very easy to live in the house while this was being done. Because the owner wanted the repipe done behind the walls, a good number cuts out of the drywall had to be done in various rooms. They covered all our furnishings with plastic and really tried to minimize the dust. They also taped down paper runners everywhere (even though we have tile floors) and placed large drop cloths on the stairs. At the end of each day they would sweep and leave everything as tidy as possible. When the job was finished, they papered and taped over all the holes, vacuumed and swept. They were also very good about containing any and all trash and making sure it was all taken with them. The owner Art made sure to ask me if I had any questions. I felt the communication was very good, I knew just what to expect and they were true to their word. I will most definitely be recommending this company to others. Thank you Art and thanks to your fantastic team!

I thought I had found a solid plumbing company that I could add to my ""go-to list"" but after the 3rd service call, it started to feel that that was going to be unlikely. The 1st service call was for one of my rental properties - a leak under the kitchen sink, a leaking backyard faucet, and changing out 2 toilets. Primo took care of the leak under the sink and changed out the 2 toilets - no problem. A different guy (can't remember his name) changed out the bibb in the backyard. They had to come back the next day because the bibb was leaking bad - it just hadn't been tightened enough. Jose tightened it up and all was good. Then my 2nd service call was for a clogged kitchen drain at my primary residence. The plumber showed up and cleared the line, taking care of the clogged kitchen sick. He made a bit of a mess because for some reason he decided to clear the line to the main from under the kitchen sink rather than using the outside clean-out valve. I dealt with it since he was the plumber and I wasn't. I didn't enjoy cleaning up the gunk that came out of 75 feet on plumbing but again, I dealt with it since I'm thinking of this incredible working relationship we're building. I then asked for a quote to change out the kitchen risers and change out the main shut off valve from the front of a rental property I have (the only galvanized pipes still on the house). Not the best quote but I took it because of that freaking working relationship I'm thinking we are building. I was planning to schedule that work for the beginning of December but have since changed my mind. The 3rd service call was not the charm. I needed a slow draining tub clog cleared. I contacted Art and he said he would have to charge OT if the plumber was to meet me on the same day after my work which made total sense and I completely understood so, I asked if the next morning was possible. Art said yes, at 8am because that's the time they start. I said great, that'll work perfect for me. I'll just plan to go in to work later than usual. 8am came and went. At approx 8:30am I texted Art to ask if everything was ok and if we were still on for this morning. He said yes. He told me the cross streets of where the plumber was and said that he was on his way. I checked my goggle maps and the location was less than 10 minutes away. I thought, ok, this can still work. 10 minutes passed, then 20 minutes passed, I texted Art again. this time no reply. By this time it's almost 9am and now I'm going to get to my work way later than I had thought I would. Finally Primo shows up, asks me about the issue and says that the problem is not in the main line, it's in the tub trap and the most he could do was insert a smaller snake into the tub itself. I had just gotten the tub refinished and wasn't about to get the tub all scratch it up. By this time, it's way late so I tell Primo that I'm going to think about what my options are when I have more time. In conversation, I mentioned to Primo that I had expected to see him at 8am, him coming at 9am was a big problem for me. He said he was a different job and Art had just called him a few minutes ago to come to my place. So here I am feeling like an ass because here I am thinking about building this great working relationship with Art / Long Beach Plumbing Company all the while being treated with less consideration each time. You can't build a working relationship with someone who doesn't care about your time!! By the way, I sent a final text to Art saying ""forget it"" after texting him to let him know no one had shown up yet, and he texted me back simply - ""ok"". Real solid customer relationship building tactics!

On 8/28/17 I had a plumbing emergency, my hot water valve was stripped and wouldn't stop running. I freaked out, I cried, my landlord didn't have any helpful advise and our apartment plumber was too busy. I searched and called and I left a message for these guys, 10 minutes later they called back and 20 minutes later Manuel was at my door. He was my savior for the day (actually I've been so greatful ever since) he stopped the water, changed the valve, checked the other ones, and totally calmed me down. I am so happy with the service! Prompt, reliable, effective, fantastic, and great prices and most of all they came out on a Sunday. Again thank you LBPC for your services (sorry for taking so long to yelp you!)

Great service again. My call was answered by Manuel (not a call center or office or voicemail) who offered a service time just a few hours after my call.

Manual arrived promptly to check out my water heater, which had stopped working (and I couldn't get the pilot to re-light). When the pilot wouldn't light for Manuel, he double-checked everything (connections, lines, sparker), did some magic, and got it to light and start heating water again - within about 15 minutes.

Since we're not sure why the flame went out in the first place, I was offered a discount on any repairs (which will be expensive) if the water heater fails again within a month. Service call was $75... same as last year.
