Last week I awoke to our toilet overflowing and could not get it to stop. After calling around to several plumbing companies, I was not able to find someone to come out the same day...however, one call to Long Beach Drain and Plumbing saved the day! Not only was the receptionist kind and attentive, but she ensured me they could tackle the problem the same day.

The technician was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and quoted me a fair price. He was able to diagnose the issues quickly, fix the problem, and give my toilet a ""tune-up"" so this would not occur in the future (might I say at no extra cost). I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me on extra unneeded services. I also received a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely be using LB drain and plumbing for any future plumbing problems! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
