Do Not Hire These People!! I had to use this company because they are (make that were) the approved vendor for toilet repairs in my condo. I received a telephone quote for repairs, the serviceman made additional repairs without informing me first (saying it was now their standard procedure) and tried to charge me $125 ABOVE the quoted price. Finally agreed to remove part of the overage but they are sooo dishonest! I let the mgmt office know and Lone Star Plumbing is no longer a preferred vendor. I'm giving one star because the work was done.

Had a horrible experience with the office manager that works there. So rude & condescending. Sadly, I think they may do a good plumbing job. It's just too bad they have a very unprofessional person running that office.

This review is based on a simple phone call for information. Reception answering the phone is rough on every question. Almost smug. Pricing- I was told the first hour is almost $200 and that includes the plumbers travel time. So it's 200$ for 30 minutes which not many can complete work in. when I countered the receptionist got very defensive and basically told me she didn't need my business and best of luck. Better off with the big boss is a roto rooter Work on your customer service and be fair especially in these trying times.

They are always prompt! Always available when needed and always have the parts on hand to remedy the issue. Residential or Commercial, CALL THEM!! 24/7!!!!

They replaced a simple kitchen faucet it should have taken less than an hour, they took two and charged me for travel time $280.00 its was a rip off. Don't hire these people. The Young lady at the office was rude and confrontational. You will not be happy with their service.

If I could rate no star it would be better. The company scam people. They tell you what they are going to do, give you a price for 1 hour and then at the time of payment they add hours , items and products that were never told to the client. They even charge for going to pick up items for a repair as labor. They charge for every thing they used instead of telling you in advanced. Something that was quotes for $170 for 1 hour ended up with a bill of $475.00 and we even paid before on the first visit all the part and labor for the first day. DO NOT USE THEM they scam. Even the Plummer had a speach and you could tell they use it all the time.
