I have used the Lone Rooter for all my plumbing need since I moved to Carlsbad 2 years ago including installing a new tankless water heater. They are expert plumbers and totally honest, fair, and reasonably priced. I would not use anyone else. If I could give six stars...

The owner of Lone Rooter Plumbing did an incomplete poopy job with our stinky toilet problem. The bathroom smelt terrible. The owner replaced the ring under the toilet, however he did not clean up the pile of feces that was around the sewage drain & he did not caulk around the toilet. We continued to have the bad smell & leaking from the bottom of the toilet. The owner came back out & told us that there is not a problem & to clean around the toilet better. We called for a 3rd & 4th time & the owner never returned the call. We went with another plumbing company who replaced the toilet, cleaned up the feces around the sewage drain before placing the new toilet down and caulked the toilet. The smell is gone. We will never use Lone Rooter Plumbing again.

Lone Rooter came through again! Emergency and he was at our door within 30 mins, and fixed the problem within 30 mins as well! Fixed and replaced leaking water valve and water line to refrigerator.Thanks Lone Rooter!

This is my first ever yelp review. I was recommended to Steve by a friend who has owned real estate in Carlsbad for 30 years and uses him regularly. I had a pipe leak in an interior wall that created a small flood. Called him Monday morning and he arrived that afternoon...fixed the problem, gave me great advice on insurance, recommended a good drywall guy and while he waited a few minutes for a part to arrive, he pumped up and oiled my son's bike in the garage! He is so friendly, great energy and treats you like a friend. So impressed and will never use anyone else! Thank you so much Steve!

I was recommended by a leak detection service to call Steve, the owner, to fix the leak inside my walls. He came over on a Memorial Day weekend, got to work, and quickly got my plumbing back in order for a very reasonable price. I'm a happy customer and will gladly call him again should I need plumbing work in the future.
