I had an AC unit that stopped working, so I contacted Justin. It took him about 8 days to finally come out because he kept saying that another job was taking longer than expected. He told me that I needed a whole new HVAC system, but his estimate seemed high, so I reached out to another HVAC company just to check. Their price was $3,300 less for quality equipment with higher specs, and they were able to get started the next day, so naturally I used them instead. When Justin found out I was going another direction, he sent me a bill for $210 ($80 service fee, $125 diagnostic fee, and $5 credit card fee). Does that seem high to anyone else?

Lone Eagle Plumbing & HVAC was A+ and then some! I particularly, must call out Justin Burgener for an amazing job that he performed for us. Justin's knowledge, knowhow, work ethic and best of all, his integrity led to a very happy outcome on our part.

Justin was following on the heels of an unscrupulous company that said we needed to replace our entire AC condenser and coil unit. It just didn't feel right to us, and we sought out a second opinion, although, willing to replace the unit. Justin came out to our home within half an hour of my inquiry and diagnosed the problem completely. He FIXED the unit and saved us $1000's of dollars. It would have been so easy for him to go along with the flawed (fraud) diagnosis and have replace the unit himself. We are so impressed by his knowledge, knowhow, and integrity that we plan to use him again for all our needs. Justin is a gold mine. As Justin is one of the owners of Lone Eagle Plumbing and HVAC, I haven't a doubt that expects the same of his staff. I give this company an A+.

I contacted Lone Peak per a referral from
Home Depot since I was new to the area. Plumber Marciano called me back promptly and arranged to install shower heads within 2 days. He texted me and responded to my emails quite quickly. He did the work and I immediately rehired him to select and install a new kitchen faucet for my elderly parents' kitchen. He completed the work right away and the faucet is high quality and superb. Now my dad has other plumbing projects for him. Marciano is professional and great. I
