I have had issues in my house with plumming, I read good reviews about other companies and decided to call them bcuz I had a kitchen sink clug badly. Long story short 800 dollars later, a hole on the back of my house bcuz the exhaust had to be changed, I was told that he had jackhammer from my kitchen to the city's sewer and re-pipe everything and it was going to cost me approx 10,000 dollars and not closing what was going to be open. I was scared to called another plumber because as a single mother with one income I have to be more than careful with my budget, but my neighbor recommended LONDON PLUMBER a couple of hundred dollars, and an hour later I was stress free. This man is honest, courteous, I was even surprised that he even cleaned the mess he made. I recommend Mike London to anyone having pipe problems. Thank you Mike for making my life a little better.

My kitchen sinks were loaded with water and stopped up. I tried liquid plumber, and plunger but neither worked. Someone on my neighborhood watch site recommended London Plumbing. So I called and Mike, the owner came the next day. Just as the person who recommended him said, he was on time, reasonable, professional and took care of my problem within one hour. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him. It's good to find someone you can depend on and will not charge you an arm and a leg for work you need done.

Mike is awesome! We had a leak in the bathtub just before Thanksgiving. He was able to slot us in at the last minute before the holiday and fix the leak. While he was fixing the leak, I asked if he did garbage disposals. He said yes and he installed our new disposal directly after finishing the leak.

From comparison shopping I would say London Plumbing's prices are fair and competitive and on the low end of average. His work is fast, efficient and clean and he was very friendly (or I'm just talkative).

Now, for us, this was the best part: some months back we'd had a backup issue in the kitchen. We'd called a service, which shall remain unnamed, to ask them to snake the drain. They came out, didn't want to snake the drain, they wanted to hydrojet instead. We wanted the snake. The man who came out had a trainee with him. They went out to the trap again, futzed around, came back and said snaking wouldn't work, that there's a leak in one of the pipes and they'd have to jackhammer the floor to check the leak. Thousands of dollars. We declined.

When Mike from London Plumbing came out, I mentioned this to him. He said, ""I'll show you a really fast way to check whether or not you have a leak."" He took me outside, showed me what to do. We did NOT have a leak. We were relieved. He then said, ""That guy wasn't teaching his apprentice how to snake a drain, he was teaching him how to rip people off. All you have to do is be fair and treat people right. They'll come back to you and you have business for life.""

Being fair and treating people right is what Mike did for us that day. Instead of playing on our fears, he does his job. We really appreciate it.

So, if you have a plumbing issue and you can get Mike, we highly recommend him.

We have been in our home in upland for a couple years now and have had some major plumbing issues. We have had numerous plumbers come to our home and give us eatimates for a sewage repipe. As many have told us they would be tearing up our dining area, kitchen and garage to be doing this repipe. I had asked my AC guy if he new anyone and he recommended London Plumbing. Mike came out and gave us a far and honest and creative quote. He showed us we could reroute our system rather than going through our home. His price was half of those who came threw. He also was on time, pulled permits, clean, polite and straight forward. The people who work with Mike are the same as well.

If there was a lower start than a 1, that's exactly how I would qualified your company a zero. Your company is so out of integrity. How can you ask to make payment over the phone when you haven't started the job. Per our conversation, I mentioned that you were getting paid once the job was completed on site with credit card or check your decision. Once, I asked for two things the license # of the company and insurance but your answer was I can't do the job anymore because I have another Job, go look for other plumbers thru the yellow page. Inclusive, now that I can recall I asked you to forward me an invoice and your response was I can't send an invoice but I can only text it to you. When in the beginning of the conversation you confirmed the job for tomorrow before asking those two questions. Really Michael what kind of person are you? You were trying to rob me and your company may not be license or even have an insurance. You are so unprofessional, unworthy, unwise, and disrespectful. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This is the worse company I have ever contacted.
