Mike is awesome! We had a leak in the bathtub just before Thanksgiving. He was able to slot us in at the last minute before the holiday and fix the leak. While he was fixing the leak, I asked if he did garbage disposals. He said yes and he installed our new disposal directly after finishing the leak.

From comparison shopping I would say London Plumbing's prices are fair and competitive and on the low end of average. His work is fast, efficient and clean and he was very friendly (or I'm just talkative).

Now, for us, this was the best part: some months back we'd had a backup issue in the kitchen. We'd called a service, which shall remain unnamed, to ask them to snake the drain. They came out, didn't want to snake the drain, they wanted to hydrojet instead. We wanted the snake. The man who came out had a trainee with him. They went out to the trap again, futzed around, came back and said snaking wouldn't work, that there's a leak in one of the pipes and they'd have to jackhammer the floor to check the leak. Thousands of dollars. We declined.

When Mike from London Plumbing came out, I mentioned this to him. He said, ""I'll show you a really fast way to check whether or not you have a leak."" He took me outside, showed me what to do. We did NOT have a leak. We were relieved. He then said, ""That guy wasn't teaching his apprentice how to snake a drain, he was teaching him how to rip people off. All you have to do is be fair and treat people right. They'll come back to you and you have business for life.""

Being fair and treating people right is what Mike did for us that day. Instead of playing on our fears, he does his job. We really appreciate it.

So, if you have a plumbing issue and you can get Mike, we highly recommend him.

We have been in our home in upland for a couple years now and have had some major plumbing issues. We have had numerous plumbers come to our home and give us eatimates for a sewage repipe. As many have told us they would be tearing up our dining area, kitchen and garage to be doing this repipe. I had asked my AC guy if he new anyone and he recommended London Plumbing. Mike came out and gave us a far and honest and creative quote. He showed us we could reroute our system rather than going through our home. His price was half of those who came threw. He also was on time, pulled permits, clean, polite and straight forward. The people who work with Mike are the same as well.

If there was a lower start than a 1, that's exactly how I would qualified your company a zero. Your company is so out of integrity. How can you ask to make payment over the phone when you haven't started the job. Per our conversation, I mentioned that you were getting paid once the job was completed on site with credit card or check your decision. Once, I asked for two things the license # of the company and insurance but your answer was I can't do the job anymore because I have another Job, go look for other plumbers thru the yellow page. Inclusive, now that I can recall I asked you to forward me an invoice and your response was I can't send an invoice but I can only text it to you. When in the beginning of the conversation you confirmed the job for tomorrow before asking those two questions. Really Michael what kind of person are you? You were trying to rob me and your company may not be license or even have an insurance. You are so unprofessional, unworthy, unwise, and disrespectful. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This is the worse company I have ever contacted.

Mike came on time, found the problem quickly, took time to explain (and explain again). Then we agreed on a plan, a price, and he executed as he had stated the next day without any surprise or delay.
I compared with other plumbers offers, and it was similarly priced.

Thank you Mike! You were on time....professional, well equipped and I should have accepted your offer to run the camera. After speaking to my family they all denied flushing ""flushable wipes"". I believe them. The City of Upland should have paid for my drain cleaning. The Cities rep, you and I heard 45' into the street the grind of the cable (snake) grinding through the roots....BTW I have a 100 year old Oak tree on the city property of the front yard. For those who don't know and new Upland residents, City of Upland will pay $100 if their trees cause your blockage.

Thanks Mike London! You are now saved as a favorite!

Have used Mike for quite a few years now. He will always call you back, answer his phone and give you a courtesy call when he is on his way or let you know if running late, etc. He explains the job to you in full detail so you know what you are getting into money wise or if its something that can be left alone. He troubleshoots all necessary things making sure nothing is replaced or work is done that does not need to be. Always finds time for you in his schedule, I couldn't ask for more. No dispatcher, guys that show up you didn't call, etc, just him, he works alone and I happen to like that.

I have utilized the services of Mr. London, for about a year now. He has done heavy duty work such as digging, replacing pipes, etc. As well as light work like unplugging the kitchen sink on our new (very old) house.
One of the many things I like about Mr. London, is the fact that he is so dependable, he is not only a hard worker, but also very honest in his dealings with me as a customer. Another thing is that Mr. London explains in detail everything about the work he is doing, in order that I get a better understanding of the problem and gives me advise as to how to avoid it in the future. His fees are very reasonable, and he also makes sure he cleans the area where he worked.
I recommend Mr. London without hesitation, he is a very polite, respectful and professional person, needless to say I am a very happy customer!
