Mike came recommended from my neighbor. Mike was courteous on the phone, on time and thorough with the quote. Mike quoted me through txt and I accepted. We were all set! However the day we were to begin the job, Mike messaged me that he ""hurt himself""playing basketball the day before and quoted me a new price of $4,000 above what he originally quoted if he were to do the job at a later date. This was very unprofessional and he really left me hanging as I had already invested thousands in new appliances that he was supposed to install. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this guy

Water heater stopped working a couple days ago. And was not the easy pilot relight.

Ended up having to change out the thermal coupler that keeps the pilot light lit so we can have hot water, and my wife can be happy.

Mike is the owner of London plumbing, and did a phenomenal job.
Quick response time. Next day service. And professional work.
Will be referring my friends and family to London Plumbing.

Update---
Needed to install a new water heater. Mike was able to pick it up before 7 AM, and have it installed before 11am.

London plumbing knows their stuff. And has my 100% trust.

I have had issues in my house with plumming, I read good reviews about other companies and decided to call them bcuz I had a kitchen sink clug badly. Long story short 800 dollars later, a hole on the back of my house bcuz the exhaust had to be changed, I was told that he had jackhammer from my kitchen to the city's sewer and re-pipe everything and it was going to cost me approx 10,000 dollars and not closing what was going to be open. I was scared to called another plumber because as a single mother with one income I have to be more than careful with my budget, but my neighbor recommended LONDON PLUMBER a couple of hundred dollars, and an hour later I was stress free. This man is honest, courteous, I was even surprised that he even cleaned the mess he made. I recommend Mike London to anyone having pipe problems. Thank you Mike for making my life a little better.
