I've had to call Loncar Plumbing for many things and they by far are the best experience I've had when dealing with home issues. I had called Loncar and expressed my home's issue with Brittany, who was pleasant and had great customer service over the phone. She was able to get us in the following week for our appointment.

Upon arrival, Logan quickly addressed our issue in our garage with a camera scope (our sewage kept backing up into our garage pipes). He showed my husband the sag in our pipe and gave us 2 options:

Option # 1 | (Basically a few hundred bucks): get higher water volume toilets that send more water down when you flush, and then every so often dump a 5-gallon bucket of water down our drains in our garage,

OR

Option #2 | (estimate would be ~$5k+/-): Pay a couple thousand dollars to have our concrete jackhammered out, basement floor ripped up, new drain installed, and new pipes.

In his expert opinion, he said the 2nd option wasn't necessary at the moment. We truly appreciated his honesty and him saving us a couple of thousand of dollars with his simple fix. He was very professional, had great conversation, and I especially liked that he took the time to re-explain everything to me after he had told my husband the issue and his resolutions.

(Prior to all of this, we had RR come out to do the same inspection as Logan and we've so far paid them about $2k-$3k for them to her our pipes, do the same camera scope, and to snake them - outrageous if you ask me). Loncar was cheaper than RR and way more knowledgeable. He also had ""really nice tools"" (I.e his camera to look at the pipes - you could see everything clearly) according to my husband.

I also like that they give you a receipt with their notes of what they talked about, what they looked at, and their estimate for your project if applicable. Everything is clearly laid out for you to reference at any point.

Loncar is a small, family-run business, who does quality inspections and work. Highly recommend Logan at Loncar!
