Been out to my house twice and Pipes are still banging. Scheduled appointment for a visit to fix and was told, we are trying to get someone out there. I don't appreciate using my vacation time for no one to come out. If no one comes out today, I will be using my vacation time to take them to small claims..............

Juan came out and replaced a shower valve. It turned out to be too tight and wouldn't loosen up. Juan came back today and replaced that same valve, at no cost to us, and now it appears to be loose enough to actually use. Also, the new pressure regulator, outside, seemed to go bad and now Juan will be back to replace the new regulator, at no cost to us.
He also had several suggestions as to what to do about those low flow toilets and other minor problems.
We are now Loma LInda Plumber Fans.

Had extensive job requiring running gas line from attic to fireplace. Couldn't be happier with end result.
Frank, Matt, and Juan were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Cost was very reasonable for a job well done. Will definately use these guys in the future.

Loma Linda Plumbing was recommended because they had a camera to see if rats were getting down our plumbing vents (yes somehow rats keep getting in our attic...). The nice serviceman was here and could only do 1 of the 4 rooftop vents because of 90 degree angles. We were charged $300, which true, was what we were quoted for the first hour. But despite 20 minutes time and calls to the owner Mark, no reduction - that's NOT good business. Even a 10% reduction would have left goodwill.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Loma Linda Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs unless you are right there with them the whole time they are working. I recently hired them to fix a leak in an underground pipe near the water meter and to install a new water heater.

I asked our tenants to keep an eye on how much time they spent on the leak repair because they had quoted four hours just to dig down to the pipe, which seemed excessive to me. I thought maybe that meant they needed to go through concrete, but no, according to my tenant (who took pictures for me) they had dug the necessary hole in the dirt in just over an hour. However, they claimed to me that it took the full four hours quoted plus an additional three hours to do the repair. My tenant said there was no way they spent more than three hours total with digging and repairing. My tenants are very trustworthy.

Also, their communication with me was horrible. They moved forward with installing the water heater without ever giving me a quote on how much it was going to cost. They never called me to get approval on the additional three hours of labor they said they did to repair the leak.

Again, don't hire Loma Linda Plumbing unless you can be right with them the whole time they are ""working."" Of course, this really applies to any home service provider, but be especially wary of Loma Linda Plumbing.

Wow! It's only been a couple weeks since my last review and I had to call them again!!! And this was for the same problem under the sink!!!
So this is my 4th leak since they came and did the work. 4th time in less than 4 months!!! That should warn you right away!!
STAY AWAY!!! THEY DO NOTHING BUT DRAIN YOUR MONEY!!!!

Joe the plumber was exceedingly rude, became angry, would not speak, refused to finish the job. He charged me for part of the work and left!

if you're looking for spending $1060.50 to open a slow drain and video inspection, go for it. They sent three guys just to open a drain and charge you dearly to break you.

After spending $310. for video inspection, I did not have tape but a word that your pipe failed. No location marked, no tape for customer and refused to give after more than one year try and falsely claim that tape was left at customer's house. But secretary told me they reuse the tape therefore no tape for you.

Huge charge, lie one after another. Stay away from this company.
Filed claim at BBB, no sweat for owner Mark Peterson to come up the same lie again.

We've been strictly using Loma Linda Plumbing for the house and two rentals since 2005. Water heaters, toilets, old work, stoppages, repairs, leaks, they've done it all for us. They always show up on time and do the work right the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone.
