We spent over $500 for a picture of the clog they never fixed. Our kitchen sink was draining very slow. They came out and said the line which runs all the way across the house was clogged. They used a camera to find the clog, said they fixed it, and left. The next day the sink is draining slow again. They wanted more money to fix and said there must be more clogs further in the line. The plumber who actually fixed it said they didn't clear the clog, just pushed it farther down the line. Don't fall for it. Get a guarantee in writing before you let them touch anything. Or better yet, call someone else.

Lohmeyer Plumbing has always been very responsive, punctual for appointments, and their pricing is reasonable. I've used them several times now and I've been very pleased. Love not having to wait around all day for an appointment.

I had a very good experience with Lohmeyer for the installation of new water heater. They provided excellent service with prompt response, easy scheduling and provided quality installation. They were transparent in providing cost estimates and discussing repair/replacement options. They are reasonably priced with the highest level of customer service. I recommend their service for any plumbing needs.

We had used Lohmeyer in the past (2019) for a sump pump issue and had no issues. The bill was reasonable and they were quick to respond. Fast forward to 2022. It took 2 visits to clean out a kitchen sink drain and they billed me $1000. After the first, visit and $700 bill that said 2 technicians were there and working; even though one stood in the kitchen doing nothing and, the sink still didn't drain, and I called to say I was shocked by a $700 bill and the sink still didn't work. They agreed that the bill was very high for a drain cleaning and said they would send the same technician out again so he would know if he missed something or if it was a new problem (less than 2 weeks after the initial visit).
I said I was hesitant to have them come back out when they had charged $700 for the first visit which was approximately 1.5 hours. She said they wouldn't charge anything without discussing it with us first. The second visit technician said he could run the drain machine again to see if there was anything he missed but he wouldn't charge us for that just his labor. We agreed as he was there less than an hour. Got a second bill for $300+. When I called to ask about the 2nd bill, Betsy told me that she would check with the technician about the details because (again) $1000 was high for a drain cleaning bill. When I asked for itemized bill I was told by Betsy, that they couldn't do that for everyone so they weren't going to do it for a few and that they didn't guarantee drain work (the first I'd heard of it). When she called back, she claims their GPS says the technician was at our house for over 2.25 hours and that driving time was included on all calls as well (first I'd heard of it). Betsy shared that after talking to Chris (technician) the problem was the drain was flat, not clogged, and if they fixed the angle of the drain it would be very expensive and not economical. This was not discussed even as an option until I called about the excessive amount of the 2nd bill.

Seems that in the past few years their prices have skyrocketed and service and quality of work has become non-existent. They are a well-known company locally, but they are not currently living up to the reputation they had previously earned.

August 28th I called about having shower faucets replaced because of constant dripping. (Its the original from a house that is more than 70 years). A plumber came and found the job to be more than just changing parts out. The owner Dave came later that same day and said the job would require cutting into the wall to get to the pipes. My reply, okay get it done. Dave returned weeks later to give an estimate. November 2nd I received an invoice for $239.40 for plumbing. Until now I have Not had an estimate and the job haven't even started. Note the plumber locked off the pipes making the shower out of order.

We had them redo our bath and kitchen. Great service, products, planning and very cost effective. Fast and stayed focus until the project was finished. The tech's were great and clean up daily. We were so impressed

A very good plumbing company. Had an issue with a faucet, they came on time, they gave me various options for repair and cost of each option. Did the work well and sent me a bill home.
A very professional company definitely recommend.

One area of improvement, enable payment online via credit card or paypal.
