Highly recommend this HVAC company for your home heating and cooling system repairs and service. My old HVAC system was from 1998 desperately needing a replacement. These guys offered very reasonable, affordable rates and flexible scheduling comparing to other local companies in Denver metro.
Jesus, the owner, and Cesar, the general manager, came out on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule to assess my current HVAC system. Then the guys went over the product line they had in stock available for installation, explained in great detail product specifications and comparison to other brands. They both were very attentive and knowledgeable about their work. On the day of installation, the crew arrived early, removed the old system, and rebuilt my entire HVAC. Now my house has brand new high quality equipment and up to date with codes. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the guys who took care of my home as if it was their own. Thank you for your amazing work and to anyone who's looking for a great HVAC company- this is the place!

These guys are FANTASTIC!! We read the reviews, and decided to try them. They helped us assess the problem with our old furnace (which had not been installed correctly) They fixed the original problem, had to install bigger pipes, so it won't happen with this furnace. We've had great interactions with them, and they worked around our schedule. I can't say enough great things about them. If you're looking for an HVAC contractor.... Look no further!!

Did I get an off day? My A/C was cutting off intermittently and I asked them to come by. They did find out the problem after a bit, but didn't want to do any maintenance on the unit because of a bush?
I easily cut the bush in 5 minutes, this wasn't a crazy bush. I understand the maintenance wasn't scheduled but I've never had a company turn down additional work while onsite.
I also asked for a mini split quote and they didn't look at the attic access at all to see what was possible. It's a tight space but inspectors have been up there. Their solutions just didn't seem like they wanted to do the work. Quote at $15k.
I talked to a contractor the following week and he said that the attic space would be sufficient for someone to go in.
They did come on time.

I highly recommend Logic! Great communication, honesty , fair prices and reliable. Another company quoted me 1k to dust the inside of my unit and they did it free with my inspection that was $140. I will be using them from now on.

Logic HVAC was fantastic! They came when my heat broke and did their assessment. In the end I needed a new furnace (it was really old) and I had them do the install. They were able to come the next day to do the install. Overall a great experience and a fair price! Thank you!

When we purchased our home in 2015 it included a furnace of questionable quality that was only 2 years old. Starting that winter, it would break down on us just about every year, typically around Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Eve. In that time, we went through several HVAC companies and never found a company or a tech that seemed to know what they were doing. This last July our air conditioning went out on us for good and we had to replace it and we knew it would be expensive.

Cesar and his crew did a great job installing our new Lenox furnace and air conditioner. It was about almost complete the first day with only a few minor things and testing it out the next day which Cesar did himself. Overall, a great job done by these guys and for thousands less than a couple other of the four companies we had estimates from.

Logic was also were able to get it done weeks faster than the schedules of the other companies as well. We are looking forward to when Logic HVAC\R will start its servicing and a relief to know that we finally found a company that knows what they are doing!

Only good things to say about LOGIC HVAC/R. They were responsive, worked with my condo building's unique A/C situation, got me prompt and clear pricing, and completed the work quickly and professionally. When something came up for me, they rescheduled the job without issue. On the day of the installation, my building's elevator was out of order - they did the job anyway, hauling the condensing unit up 5 flights of stairs! They came by again afterwards to review the installation with me and answered all my questions. Other HVAC contractors gave me the runaround or just never called me back...LOGIC HVAC/R got it done, and got it done right.

This company is trustworthy, helpful, and works hard. Cesar and his team helped me finally be able to cool of my third floor and were incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer my many questions and explain everything. Refreshing to not have a company try to take advantage of you and simply help you with what you need. Highly recommend.

HVAC/R is legit, THE best company I have had out to my home. I met Jesus and Cesar the first time back when I was trying to figure out what to do with adding an ERV, steam humidifier, and tankless water heater. As soon as I met them, I intuitively knew, these guys were the team to do the work.

Jesus, Cesar, Juan, and Keyth did a handful of projects for me:

1. Tankless water heater

2. Steam humidifier

3. Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)

4. Smart thermostat that is integrated into my steam humidifier

5. Relocate my AC to the side of my home to reduce the sound in my backyard

About roughly 13k+ in work over the past year, parts and labor.

Their attention to detail is impeccable, if you're OCD and have concerns about aesthetically pleasing cabling, piping, these guys are spot on.

If you're concerned about people walking around with their shoes on in your house, these guys roll out drop cloths, wear booties, and treat your home with the utmost respect.

Also, if you have comments or feedback, the team is receptive, collaborative, openly provides feedback, and is willing to go the extra mile.

HVAC Logic/R is customer-focused, hustle, they don't mess around, and they all have a great work ethic.

This company was great! They came out to give me an estimate which was competitive with others l got. The day I hired them they got the permit and came the next morning to install air conditioning in our home that had never had air conditioning before. They worked hard all day in our crawl space and into the evening to finish that day. The next morning they installed a new thermostat and met with the inspector. Eric and crew are knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
