Called Logan because my heat wasn't working. The tech spent minimal time diagnosing the system and proceeded trying to sell me a complete new system including AC, even though there was no problem with the cooling. He presented a complete sytem for $17,000 on a Wells Fargo credit card 72 months SAC. A contract which if you fall behind once you accrue all the standard interest at 28% interest. (Wells Fargo is one of the most disreputable banks) Was charged $109 for the visit and still had no heat. Call another company whose quickly discovered the problem was a loose wire which fixed. While he also warned me my system would probably need replacing soon, when he left I had heat and was only charged $89. Logan likes to brag about having sold more Trane systems than anyone but not how many old systems they can repair. Stay away.
