Quick next day hack job install. They'll leave open holes everywhere. Kept getting insulation on my air filter. They came and said my house was settling and the ductwork above my furnace had moved. They just didn't take the time and put a couple little strips of metal while installing the furnace to seal the area. They also talked me into the Two stage furnace and ac. They wired it up as a single stage on both the heat and ac. Why spend the extra 3k for the better system. We won't even talk about the air ducts cleaning from this company. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

After 7 repair visits our heat pump is working.
They had to replace the compressor. No word on if warranty restarts with replacement compressor,
When I asked- tech said to call the office and find out.
I am concerned problem will return with the cold weather- that is when problem started.

I would have thought someone from customer service would have followed up with us-
"" sorry about all these issues- here is a free extended warranty"" or something...

No such luck

The service technician was very friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He arrived in a timely manner and called me to let me know he was on the way. He got the system up and running.

My only complaint is they are too expensive. I guess they need to pay for all those commercials. They replaced a capacitor on my Trane XL 13 and cleaned the coils. He was here about 1 hour and they charged $478. My daughter's capacitor failed yesterday and she had capacitor replaced, the coils cleaned, and 1 lb. of freon added and it cost her $378. She has a much larger home, just southeast of my home. So I paid 28% more than her and had no freon added.

They sold me a 1 year maintenance program for additional $250 (above the $478), but I called and cancelled that the next day after investigating the costs. They readily agreed to refund it, but it took 12 days to get the refund.

In 2017 we had Logan install a new Trane HVAC system. It ran as expected until July 2022, when the AC stopped blowing cold air. On July 7th Logan's technician examined the unit, and determined that it was low in coolant, and needed a new capacitor. He filled the AC with 9lbs of refringent with the assurance it was a ""slow leak"" and we should in time get that looked at eventually. The capacitor had to be ordered, but Logan's technician left the AC in working condition assuring us it will be fine until he can return to replace the capacitor. The total repair was just under $996.
Fast forward to the following Monday July 11th and the AC has completely stopped blowing cold air. The tech returns, examines the AC, letting us know the coolant is completely empty again, and will need an additional 1500 or so to fix the leak and replace the coolant for a second time. I was in shock.
We contacted another company who immediately determined the leak was inside the unit, the new company found the source of the leaking coolant in minutes, and was amazed that anyone would be so negligent to not only miss an obvious problem, but to fill a unit with a leak with coolant. I should also add that Logan wanted anywhere between $240-$315 (I couldn't get a straight answer on the exact number, which was a huge red flag for me.) just to do a leak test, a service the new company we contacted did for free. Now I am stuck paying for the repair a second time due to Logan's poor work.
When I hire any company to do work I expect to be able to trust their expertise and professionalism to guide me on a repair plan that wouldn't leak out into my yard in just a matter of days. I have never in my years of homeownership encountered such an extreme level of incompetence. I am writing this review to urge anyone to think twice about using Logan AC and Heat Services.

blower motor went out on A/C on the hottest day of the year. Technician recommended replacing entire system at a cost of about 7,000. however, after he ""ran the numbers"" the total was closer to 14,000. we offered to put down 50% on a credit card and we're asked to provide the available balance on the card. Really? he couldn't just run the card and see if it went through? on top if that we were charged the 109.00 service call fee. very unprofessional and would not do business with them again.

need heating and air conditioning??? DO NOT USE LOGAN AC & HEAT SERVICES. Their sales guy Matt Clavey promised one thing and we did not get what he said he could do. Spoke with supervisor Jason Meyer he would not make it right. They acted like nothing was wrong. Why would they act any differently they were already paid. Or should I say they nailed our credit card for $14,500. ETHICS AND INTEGREITY is all you all you have and Logan AC & Heat fell very short. USE ANY ONE ELSE.

I was hoping to discuss my situation with a supervisor before I posted any type of review but it's been a week now after calling twice and I have not heard back. Disappointed that they are too busy or just don't care to address a situation with an unhappy customer.

They came out 4 times to fix my furnace's short cycling issue. Spent over $800.00 and replaced multiple parts. They never were able to fix it, even recommending that I give someone else a try after being unable to identify the problem. Well I did, and the other company fixed it in 30 minutes and needed no new parts for the repair.

Concerned that there is a lack of experience with a shotgun approach to fixing the problem. I hope it was only a lack of experience and not an attempt to make more money by selling me parts I didn't need.

I would definitely recommend you think twice before using them to repair your furnace.

They were deceptive in the
maintenance plan they sold me in the spring of 2021. I was told they would check the system in the fall and in the spring for the purchase of the package - I can't remember how much it was - a few hundred dollars though.... System was checked on 31august. Paid 600 and some change for a part that needed replaced and cleaning. My next maintenance check was supposed to happen at the end of February. Today is 18nov. They called and said they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I would like them to come today to conduct my February check. I explained that they just checked it a couple of months ago - why would I want them to come again so soon? She said the check on 31 August was only the cooling part. The one in February was for the heating side. I was led to believe that the entire system was being checked on the plan they sold me. Nope - now they are saying I signed up to have my AC checked at the very end of the Summer. And Heating checked at the very end of winter. Why would I have done that?! They put in my system a few years ago. It has worked fine. I did not notice near the savings they promised I would see. But I was happy with the performance of the system. However, any maintenance and upkeep you have them do - they will overcharge and not be completely honest above what you are getting. Go with another company who actually cares about their customer and not making a quick buck with deception....

I had a new gas furnace central air installed with Logan. Clay and AJ the two Logan installers arrived on time and were very polite and explained the general process. They had to move my new outside unit 30 ft to the spot I wanted it. They were very efficient and worked steadily ,explaining their progress along the way. All in all considering price, trane products quality, and Logan s on time and efficient work ,I would recommend them to everyone.

AC not running cold. Called Logan. Team arrived on time. Ascertained the situation and then they threw a penalty flag due to crawl space too low and opted out of the job. I don't deny that one section is low. But I have had several service folks out replacing equipment under the same situation (low clearance). Not once did those other companies get allergic to the job, saying they wore their ""don't get dirty today shirt"".

I have been watching that nice woman on the Logan commercials for years. I finally give her a shot and now I know, Don't call Logan ""Clean Shirt"" services. Especially if you need service.
