We used Loftin Plumbing to fix our dishwasher that wasn't properly draining. Trevor worked us into his busy day working late to fix our issue. He was able to the root of the problem, fixed it and now it's working perfectly. We also had him replace some outdated bathroom hardware and it looks and functions much better. Thank you for going above and beyond. We have used him 2x now and would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing jobs.

Really great service! Showed up within the hour window they gave us even though he got a flat tire! I was very thankful for that because most people would cancel. Great quality work and I will definitely recommend them.

I called this company and explained that my dishwasher wasn't draining. We set up an apt., and several days later a technician came out. With in two minutes of coming inside he explained that they don't work on appliances and he wouldn't be able to help. I then was given an invoice for $85. Upon calling the owner to question the charge, I was """"greeted"""" with unprofessional, uncompassionate and unkind words. As I'm not typically a confrontational person, I paid the fee reluctantly, even though this automatic charge was never explained to me and I was NOT told in advance that they Do Not service appliance such as a dishwasher. Even though their secretary and the technician that came out we're nice enough, the owner Herself was an awful person to talk to and I would highly discourage anyone from working with this company OR at least be aware that these service fees will be applied weather they provide the service you call for, or not. Hope no one else has to experience a similar situation!
