We called this company after being referred by our local company we normally use for our heating / air problems. Not only were they extremely responsive and kind on the phone when making the call to schedule the emergency visit on the coldest day of the year. They managed to make it out even after midnight and get my furnace working again! Thankful for this company and techs they have. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Actually the cost of this emergency service was not over priced at all! Also side note my unit happens to be outside my house not inside and the tech didn't blink an eye even thou it was -30 with windchill this night. We will definitely be repeat customers

Kyle called to say he was 15 minutes away...he was, checked the out door unit, finding a bad condenser. Online trouble shooting guides had mentioned the condenser as the possible problem and after replacement, the air conditioner works fine. I feel the bill was reasonable, especially with the forecasted heat advisory the next two days.

Our furnace and A/C would not turn on. Loeschers came out immediately. The Service was fast. Kenny is an awesome Tech. Highly recommend. Very professional and prompt and knowledgeable.

They sent an inexperienced boiler technician. He replaced a part and charged me over $500. He left the boiler at almost no pressure and my upstairs heat quit working. Do not have these guys come out if you have a boiler. You will spend a lot of money and still have no heat. Luckily, my 75 year old mom has a heater in her room so she doesn't freeze. Time to look for a better furnace repair company that doesn't overcharge for replacing parts and has competent technicians.

Appointment was at 1. No one showed up or called. At 1:30 I called them. They said they will send a different tech out to be there in 20 min.--that's a total of 50 min wasted. Not a good first impression.

Service was OK but way overcharged for parts. For parts that I could buy for about $60 I was charged about $282 (in addition to $174 in service/labor which was OK). I called to see if an error had been made on the parts, but they confirmed the charges and claimed their costs were higher (even though they are in the HVAC business ???) I know that my parts comparison is an apples to apples comparison because I have the original packaging the parts came in. I expect to pay more for the parts, maybe 2x or even maybe 3x, but not almost 5x. I expressed that opinion hoping for some reasonable concession, but it was simply ""that's what it is"". The service technician who did the work was personable, and simply asked ""not to shoot the messenger"" re the parts charges. The charges in full were paid, but I will be looking for a new HVAC service provider
