well I'd start this by the employee taking advantage of elderly clients. took over a month to schedule appointment for leaky faucet. no calls day of appointment by employee until we called office. most reputable businesses give u a time period they would show up so you can be ready. this employee was at the residence for maybe 7 minutes. stated yeah can fix but then says can't have to replace whole setup and office will send estimate quote. hands invoice for couple hundred bucks and expects payment at this time. We ask if this payment will go towards whole setup replacement and indicates no. that will incure another charge for that. very very disappointed in this experience. Anyone have more honest and respectable plumbers in the area please leave their contact

Had a great experience every time they have been called to our house. They always returned calls and sent someone out to solve our issue in a timely manner. Their service people are friendly and extremely helpful and know what they are doing. Would recommend that the first call you make if you have a plumbing or heating issue is Lockmer.

Our plumbing was backed up. We called Lockmer. They did indeed come out. That's where the fun ended. They didn't have the equipment they said they had. We have a house P trap (as happens in Butte--houses are really old). They were going to bring the camera. They didn't have the camera. It was lost in the 2 hours from when we called??
They roto-rooted down the main drain, but it did absolutely nothing as we needed to see if the blockage was before or after the old P. We were quoted SIX THOUSAND dollars to tear out the old P and put in a new straight pipe. That didn't include the tear out OR the replacement. We laughed out loud and said thanks, but no thanks. Six thousand dollars for a saws-all and a stick of PVC??
As if that wasn't bad enough when we received their bill, we were charged for use of a camera, a journeyman rate, and get this... An apprentice rate. Like wtf?? My dad is a plumbing contractor and has never ever heard of something so asinine and usurious. Their ethics are horrible and shitty business.
Luckily, it's literally just pipe and dirt work. Never, ever again. Save yourself the heartache.

They responded right away and gave me suggestions on other plumbers that may work on mobile homes. I ended up hiring someone outside of Butte. I could not find anyone locally. I appreciate Lockmer trying to help me though.

My mom had this shop repair a leaky kitchen faucet. The plumber sat in his truck in front of her house for 20 to 30 minutes then came in and cleaned the faucet aeration screen (for a leaky faucet?). They billed her $98 and never stopped the leak. When I found out and suggested that she call and request they warranty their work the told her she waited to long (a week or two) and said they would look at it again for $48. I fixed it with $4 rubber bushing kit in a few minutes. What plumber worth their salt would think cleaning a screen would stop a leak????

We had them out in new hot water heater into our mobile home. Sean was very professional! Made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was very nice and had a wonderful sense of humor. We would definitely call them again for any plumbing work we may need in the future! Thanks Sean!

Don't bother to even call, if you own a mobile home. Lockmer's assumes you won't pay them for your work and will not help you.

The water feed into my house froze. I called the water co. and was told a lot of my area was effected and to heat the pipe where it is coming in and if that's not where it is frozen then to have a plumber come out and shock the line. After heating the pipe thoroughly for a very long time to no avail, I called Lockmer and asked if they have the equipment to shock the line, was told they do, asked to have someone sent to my house asap and was told it would be the next day. The next day came and someone shows up, I showed him where the line is and he tells me he can heat the pipe up. I explained that, despite the fact it is nowhere near cold enough in my house to freeze water, I already heated the pipe for over an hour, until it was hot to the touch and that I was capable of continuing to heat the pipe but had called specifically for someone with the equipment to shock the line, because heating it wasn't working. He told me that his paperwork said nothing about shocking the line and someone else had taken the machine earlier but he would call and see if it was back at the shop. He called and it was back at the shop, so he went to go grab it. Then I get a call from him saying that he got to the shop and someone else had already taken it again, but if I wanted he could GO RENT ONE and just ADD THE COST TO MY INVOICE!!! This place is a JOKE, go elsewhere! I have never dealt with a less professional outfit. Shit, if i wanted to rent tools i would have called a rental place.These people should have their birthdays taken away.

2 years ago I had Lockmer do the plumbing on my bathroom remodel. There was not one thing that was done correctly. First off they moved the shower head to be ""more centered"" it is way off and there is tile so that cannot be fixed. Everyday I shower in a shower where I am up against a wall. They also hooked up the new vanity. That leaked. Then came the toilet. My husband told him that he was using the wrong gasket and the tile installer said that some type of phlange was missing. He took care of that and we ended up having to change the toilet gasket as it of course sprung a leak after a year. I would not recommend this business to anyone as they were not successful at even one job they did for us.

Can't say enough about the integrity of this company!!!! Called to have my water heater replaced. Sean Daley arrived and checked out my existing heater. His honesty was remarkable! He informed me that although the heater was 8 or 9 years old - it was in fine shape and was in need of a good cleaning! It is so very refreshing to realize first-hand that there great businesses here in Butte! I will highly recommend Lockmer Plumbing and wish them years of success!!
