Company Overview

Lockard Inc. is a fully operational Plumbing & Piping Contractor. We proudly operate as a union shop and have access to an unlimited supply of skilled plumbing professionals and pipe installation experts. Moreover, we hold a strong working relationship with a sheet metal specialist; this association has been ongoing since the start of our business in 1992.

Charles Lockard possesses over 20 years of expertise in the construction industry. He has 3 years working for a construction company and nearly a decade at Young's, Inc.. Lockard Inc. has been in service for over 10 years. He undertook a four-year apprenticeship in the Local Union for Plumbing and Pipe Fitters and has held roles as a lead plumber, project estimator, and manager at Young's before starting Lockard Inc. He manages cost estimation, overseeing projects, project selection, and the field employees. He also holds a license for Mechanical & Plumbing.

Christine Lockard served at Young's for two decades and held stock. Christine held the position of Assistant Secretary of the Board of the Board of Directors at Young's, Inc. from 1976 to 1989, and subsequently became Secretary of the Board at Young's, Inc. from 1989 until 1992. At that point, she concluded her time at Young's, Inc. and co-founded Lockard Inc. with Charles. In her role at Lockard Inc., Christine oversees Accounting, cost management, employee compensation, tax responsibilities, and various office functions.

Lockard Plumbing operates as a family-run business, second generation plumbing firm. Founders Chuck and Christy Lockard have been expertise in the plumbing industry for more than 20 years.
