Moreover, we maintain a solid working relationship with a sheet metal specialist; this collaboration has been ongoing since the start of our business in the early 90s.

Charles Lockard brings over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Charles dedicated 3 years working for a general contractor and nine years at Young's, Inc.. We have been in operation for over a decade. Charles finished a 4-year apprenticeship in the Plumbing and Pipe Fitters Union and worked in roles as a foreman, project estimator, and project coordinator at Young's, Inc. before starting Lockard Inc. Charles oversees estimating, managing projects, project choices, and employees in the field. Charles has a Mechanical & Plumbing license.

Christine Lockard worked at Young's, Inc. for twenty years and was part of the ownership. She served as Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors at Young's, Inc. from the years 1976-1989, and after that became Secretary of Young's, Inc. Board of Directors from 1989 to 1992. At that juncture, she left Young's, Inc. and started Lockard Inc. with Charles. At Lockard Inc., Christine oversees the accounting department, Job Costing, employee compensation, tax responsibilities, and all other office operations.

Lockard Plumbing is a family-owned company, family legacy plumbing firm. Operators Charles and Christine Lockard have been expertise in the plumbing industry for over two decades.
