Company Overview

Lockard Inc. serves as a dedicated Plumbing & Piping Contractor. We are a union shop and provide an unlimited supply of skilled plumbers and pipe installation experts. In addition, we hold a close working relationship with a Sheet Metal Contractor; this partnership has been in place since our inception in the year 1992.

Charles D. Lockard brings over two decades of involvement in the construction industry. He spent three years working for a general contracting firm and 9 years at Young's, Inc.. Lockard Inc. has been in service for over a decade. Charles finished a four-year apprenticeship in the Plumbing and Pipe Fitters Union and has held roles as a lead plumber, estimator, and project coordinator at Young's, Inc. before starting Lockard Inc. He manages project estimates, managing projects, project choices, and field staff. He also holds a license for Mechanical & Plumbing.

Christine L. Lockard worked at Young's Plumbing for twenty years and was part of the ownership. She was Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors at Young's, Inc. from 1976 to 1989, and after that became Secretary of Young's, Inc. Board of Directors from the years 1989-1992. At that point, she departed from Young's, Inc. and established Lockard Inc. with Charles. Within Lockard Inc., Christine is responsible for financial operations, job costing, payroll processing, tax responsibilities, and office administration.

Lockard Plumbing is a family-owned business, second-generation plumbing business. Operators Chuck and Christy Lockard have been expertise in the plumbing industry for more than 20 years.
