They were very friendly on the phone - although one person we spoke to had no clue what a bidet was! They came out, and again were very pleasant and cheerfully identified about $2,900 of plumbing work that needed to be done. The call out fee was raised from $59.00 to $89.00 for no apparent reason. We called another plumber who reported that some of the work L-P quoted for was unnecessary and their prices were from 50% to 100% over being reasonable. We got all the necessary work done for under $1,000. They also don't pass on messages or listen to what's being requested.

Beware! Ridiculously high charges for services. Although I still have warranty on parts, I will not use them again because of exorbitant labor and refrigerant charges!!

I replaced 3 of my units when I first moved into my home and it was about $23,000 and had nothing but service issues the first 2 years! I had Lennox rep, numerous service technicians from LP, sales girl and the service manager multiple times. When the set up service calls they gave a huge window and showed up sometime during the day when they get there. They finally corrected the issues then 6 months later they came out for the fall service and told me that 1 of the a coils needed to be replaced. They gave me a false estimate showing there was a $500 rebate from Lennox. After I did some research the coils that they had sold me was involved in a national lawsuit due to them leaking in a short period. Anyway, I checked with other contractors to find out that this rebate didn't exist from Lennox. Bottom line is they inflated the replacement cost and made it look better by adding this rebate. After all the time they costed me over the first 2 years they still at the end tried to rob me and my family. I went with another company to replace the coil ( at a much cheaper cost) my new contractor showed up on time did the job and has came back for my spring service and I can't be any happier.I would not use LP again!! So your research before spending so much money with this company.

I had one of their technicians come out today to look at one of our systems as it was not cooling as well as in the past. He checked the inside unit and I provided a new filter. All looked good inside.
He then checked the outside unit and found that it needed a leak check, Freon (refrigerant).... and said he would work up an estimate for repairs in his truck. I asked how low was the Freon on a scale of 1 to 10. He said 10 meaning is was very low. I asked how could it cool at all at a zero Freon level. He said the cool outside weather made the system to work; it was 95°F. The system pumps out 60° air at the vent compared to 50° from my good unit.
He worked up an estimate in his truck, took 45 minutes. I finally walked to his truck as he was "just finishing up". I asked why so long to estimate as he must see 15 AC units a day with the same problem.
Then he provided the list of 10 or 12 items to fix; totaling well over $1200 and that did not include fixing the Freon line leak. That would require another "estimate ". I paid him the service call of roughly $90 and told him and any other LP would never set foot on my property.

These guys are ridiculously expensive. Charged me $59 for a "diagnostic" visit when I already knew what needed to be done. Didn't fix the issue on that visit, but said they would send me an estimate. I got the invoice the next day and it was $376 to install a gas regulator on an outdoor gas grill -- maybe a 10 minute job. I called and asked for a breakout of parts vs. labor, and get this: they said they don't provide that. I said "no thanks".

I highly recommend this company. In the past year I have dealt with five of their employees and each has been both polite and professional.

This was the company I chose to replace my air conditioning and furnace system last week.

I will use them again whenever service is needed.

The only work they had to do is to cap a gas pipeline in the attic. The job took 45 minuets the most. LP charged me $380. Doctors make less money/ hours! Do not recommend them to anyone!

Our service tech Rocky fixed our heater when no one else could figure out the problem. Very fast, prompt service. Definitely recommend.

Do NOT use this company. The tech failed to tell us that he was charging a $133 service fee on top of the $275 he charged to CLEAN the outside unit only. He kept telling us that the company has changed the way they price their services but would give us no detail on this. He proceeded to go through a list of items that needed to be repaired on the air unit and had no idea that his own company had been out early in the year to repair some of those same items at a much lower rate. It seemed he had a prefixed price he was planning to charge and continued to go back and forth from the unit to us to keep adding additional items going wrong with the unit until he reached that amount. He did not stay to make sure the unit was cooling before he left. It seems this company is more interested in deceiving their customers for money than taking care of customer needs and establishing good customer relationships.

TRYING TO SELL ME A MOTOR I DONT NEED ??Call earlier this week for after-hour service, paid $133. The technician shows up and tells me I need a new motor @ $800+ and $500+ for labor , total $1300.00 plus???Wow how do they keep a straight face or stay in business? SHAMEFUL!!! I had been informed by others about this company but they have after-hour sevice.So the next morning I called my usual A/C guy who had been out of town .Keep in mind he had already checked the unit prior to going out of town ,just couldn't get to me till this Friday . It was the condenser.My a/c guy said" looks like the so-called a/c tech from LOCHRIDGE PRIEST PURPOSELY MISDIAGNOSED YOUR PROBLEM TO MAXIMIZE PROFITS" My A/C guy charged me $340.00 laughed and said "THOSE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTIST" My a/c works perfectly. You be the JUDGE!!!
