Sounds simple right? They charged me $100 to show up at their convenience, then told me that they could not use the expensive 50amp transfer (R510A) switch that I had purchased. (Time on site: 15 minutes) So, I asked them to tell me what exactly I needed to get the job done. The Electrician on site had no answers for me and I was referred to the Master Electrician who would not return my emails or calls.
Now I have to search for an electrician that values me as a customer because Lochridge-Priest does not!

My first experience for air conditioning and furnace service with with another company whose technician was rude and clearly did not want to be there.

Next time I call Lochridge-Priest and Mike Berry, the technician sent was friendly and clearly enjoyed his job. He has now made a total of three trips to my house.

When it came time to replace my system Lochridge-Priest again got the job.

Total waste of money. The "repair" guy that came to look at our hot water heater didn't even try to fix but instead tried to sell us a new one for $1550 and would even say what make or model it would be. When I pushed the issue he called back with a model number. I looked it up and it's a $500 water heater. So $1000 to install?!? I must look really stupid. Then he charged $150 for the service call. This my 3rd horrible experience with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!

This was a terrible experience and we were significantly over charged. My wife was alone during the day while I was at work. A guy came out to look at what was clearly an electrical issue in a unit less than two years old. He found the burnt out fuse on the switchboard quickly. We ended up getting charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor at $88/hr while he sat in the car for a long time and then drove to get the part. When we called to ask about the charges for a simple straight forward fix, the company managers stood behind the charges and said they ran a full diagnostic on the unit. So I asked if something else goes wrong on the unit in the next 90 days if they would warranty that problem? He said no and they would only warranty what they fixed. Nothing about this made sense to me. I gave this company multiple chances to make the situation right but they refused. Please use another company. Two stars only because they fixed the problem but I have to question the ethical standards.
