Lochard Services was founded under the leadership of Wilson I. Lochard in the year 1945 under the name Lochard Heating and Air Conditioning Co.. Post the conflict, Wilson Lochard set up Sidney's first fully integrated HVAC system for residences for Sidney, OH.
In 1950, the business moved away from the family property at South 25A Road to 115 E. North Street. Due to growing demand in operational area, General Electric appliances were added to the line of products sold.
During 1963, Wilson secured the old laundry building found at 909 Wapakoneta Avenue. The Heating and Air Conditioning department transferred to this facility. In 1981, Wilson Lochard acquired the former Stop N' Go site situated at 903 Wapakoneta Avenue. The following November, we joined the Do-It-Best Corporation and expanded our offerings to include hardware in our store.
Lochard Inc. currently consists of a custom sheet metal shop, a heating and air division, a plumbing division and a store for hardware supplies.

Guy K.Went to their store to set up an appointment for an estimate on a ductless heating and cooling unit. When the gentleman came we discussed what he recommended and what I had in mind. He told me he would give me 2 estimates, his recommendations and 1 for my idea to show me the price difference. It took 3 weeks and a phone call to get a response and he only sent me 1 estimate. The sad thing is, I had cash in hand to pay in full. Very disappointed.

Will you pay a ""few cents"" extra? Maybe, but try to get a question answered at walmart, lowes or menards! Love local stores like this.
