Angel was awesome and reliable. Our water heater started leaking and he was able to fit us in within 24 hours. He came, inspected and replaced our water heater. He shared his knowledge about the life of a water heater and also made sure the job was well done. His price was very reasonable. The work didn't take longer than 2 hours and he communicated with us every step of the way. I definitely recommend his services!

Hi -We called @Angel Ramos to fix our leaking water heater. Angel patiently spent time over the phone to explain the different issues, types of water heaters etc. he texted us many model numbers and did not push us in any direction. Once we were ready, he came and efficiently removed our existing water heater and installed the new one. Again, he patiently explained how it works and answered all our questions. I asked him about installing a water softener. He was authentic, and told us that we did not need one. I appreciated this a lot about Angel. Water heater stopped working Friday evening - impossible to find someone to help at the end of the week like that. Angel was excellent! Got on the phone a number of times over the course of an hour and a half and guided me every step of the way to make sure my family could have water going into the weekend. The duct work under my kitchen sink started to leak on a Sunday late evening. Tried touching the pipes and it broke and collapsed. Had a mess on my hands on a late sun evening 8pm. I called Angel Ramos of Local Water Heaters and Plumbing.

God bless Angel Ramos. He took my emergency call on a Sunday night. Discussed my problem. Came by as quickly as he could on Monday. Had to do a full re-piping of the ducts under the kitchen sink. He was punctual, very efficient, professional, highly skilled, charged me a good price. Finished up the job in 2 hours or less. Did an extra job at no charge.

Forgot to mention Angel also replaced my water heater about 2-3 years ago. That was also a late night water heater leak and a water heater replacement job back then. It's been working great since.

Very responsive. Gave quote based on the picture. I needed to replace my leaking main water shut off gate valve with a new ball valve. The first vendor I checked came in and gave me $1200 for a pipe cut and simple valve replacement which is so ridiculous. Then I got 2 offers that's less than a third of this price from Yelp. Both quoted based on my sent pictures. I would high recommend services like this that give quotes based on pictures. It is not just a sheer demo of confidence of doing a good work but also indicates these people are highly efficient.

It's rare to find reliable and trustworthy businesses these days. Angel and his team at Local Water Heater are a true gem. They helped us install a new tankless water heater and the dedicated gas line required to operate it. They are very knowledgeable about water heater performance, as well as what it takes to meet building codes and pass inspections. We were able to quickly regain hot water after a memorial weekend of cold showers. After install, Angel continued to follow up to make sure everything was operating normally.
