Pretty great. Highly recommended !! Angel and his co-workers were at my home today to do the yearly servicing (flush) of the tankless water heater. Angel Ramos is great to work with. He answers phone calls right away, is very responsive. He stays in touch throughout informing me of his ETA. Finishes the job on time, and is very courteous and friendly.

I called Angel about our water heater that was acting up. Turns out he does not work on our model, but he was incredibly helpful over the phone. He walked me through what to check for, and suggested what I could try first to fix it before calling the 800 number on the heater. His suggestion worked! It is so refreshing to interact with someone that is helpful even when they will ""get nothing out of it"". I will definitely call him when we need to replace our unit in the future. My water heater started leaking last Friday. I asked for bids here at Yelp Monday afternoon (labor day), and Angel is easily the most responsive. We exchanged a few more messages, sent the photos, and got a reasonable bid and scheduled a meeting. He came in this morning right on time, and after two hours, voila, we have our new heater installed and working, and our old one hauled away. He went above and beyond what was asked. He replaced the drain valve with brass, as well as the intake valves bec. It looked old. He even replaced my malfunctioning faucet outside, and alerted me that the main line has a leak. I paid via Zelle, so it's very convenient. I would highly recommend this business.

Angel replaced my water heater and installed a hot water circulation pump at a reasonable price today. He was very responsive and professional. He explained several things about the water heater and the pump while installing a water heater, and also answered my questions about other plumbing issues after the installation. Angel is very knowledgeable and professional and does things the right way. He did some video work while underneath the crawl space of our house to see if there were any leaks under our bathroom toilet. No issues, no charge as all we needed was a new flapper.

We also requested a flush of our water heater and he helped replace the manufacturer's flush valve with one that can flush out bigger sediments/minerals built up in the water heater overtime. He took care of it, instructed me on what to do in the future (to flush it at least once a year) and was on his way. I highly recommend Angel. Plus he was local to me. Angel Ramos is a man of his words.

I hired Angel 3 years ago to replace water main (Angel is referred to me by one of sjwater service member). The job includes cutting concretes, cutting old paving, digging a trench and replace the main pipe in the front yard. He did a great job, so good that after he's done, you cannot see the cut mark.

Fast forward today. The main pipe developed a small leak. I called Angel, and he came out right away, and patch things up.
Sometime, mistake happens along the way, but it is important that Angel kept his words and actually guarantees them.

I would recommend Angel and wouldn't think twice about calling him for any plumbing issues.
