We had a clogged toilet and we called Local Service Pro Plumbing. I spoke with the wonderful customer service representative, Jade, over the phone and they were able to send someone the same day.

When Gabriel Rodriguez got to our home he was extremely polite and professional. He told us upfront what the estimate was and he had the toilet fixed within 30 minutes.

Overall, this was a great experience and would definitely call them again with any plumbing needs.

We called on Christmas Eve about a plugged sink. We were told someone would come out between 5-8pm. Nobody came and the company was not reachable. However, within a few minutes after 8pm, someone from the company office told us we were next on the list and they were working overtime. Gabriel was absolutely amazing. He took his time and really got to the root of the problem. He had another client after us and I am so grateful the company was open and willing to help us. I would give 5 stars for service, 5 stars to Gabriel, but I took a star away for the company not being reachable if they are staying open and working after hours. We had three separate numbers and none took a voice mail or were answered.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I requested a few quotes. Local Service Pro responded quickly and had someone out the same day for a free diagnostic. Excellent communication, technician arrived on time, etc.

The problem ended up being so simple that it was fixed in the diagnostic process - as the technician was trying to diagnose the problem, it was fixed. The technician was very knowledgable and gave us some tips on how to prevent this from happening again.

The issue is that I was never given a heads up how much the repair was going to cost because the it was such a simple fix, and after he left I received a bill for the minimum amount for a service visit - $150. I understand that the technician needs to be paid for his time, and there are overhead costs associated with running a plumbing business, but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when the free diagnostic turned into a $150 'repair' - esp when it was such a basic fix that took 5 minutes. This was partially my fault - I should have checked youtube first before calling a plumber.

Anyway, I would still recommend their services but I'd keep in mind that the ""free diagnostic"" might be misleading.

Our house was backing up as we had no clean out drain. Juan Castro was send out to do the job and he kept us informed along the way. The new clean out valve was installed as well as fixing our main line. Each day Juan would give us a run down of the progress. Now we have a new main line and a clean out drain.

I'm very happy with the service and repair by Sean from Local Service Pro Plumbing. Super fast response to my request for a free estimate. Sean came out in person and was able to give a professional assessment of the problem with the tub faucet leak. The job was complicated by the fact that the hardware was the original from when the house was built in 1954. His estimate for the job was very reasonable unlike others that were provided without ever seeing the tub faucet plumbing hardware.

Estimate provided on Saturday, job completed today Monday. Wow! Sean is very professional in providing information, working expeditiously and cleaning up debris after the job is done.

Highly recommended! I will definitely go back to Local Service Pro the next time I have a plumbing problem.

P.S. I am NOT in Amherst Mass. Yelp is wacky.
