Raymond is the technician that frequents my area, he is very professional, knows what he's doing and also displays genuine care with his clients and their homes! Several times now, Raymond has suggested ways for me to solve my plumbing issues over the phone and save me some money. When the issue can't be solved on my own, Ray is here within 24 hours (usually same day) and is always able to finish the job promptly and I never have an issue with the thing again! I'm ONLY using this company as long as I'm in this neighborhood.
