We had no hot water in our house on a Sunday morning and after reaching out to several plumbers through Yelp, Local Service Pro Plumbing called me after just a few minutes of sending out the request and scheduled an appointment for us a few hours later.

Originally Alejandro was going to come to diagnose our hot water heater but Jesus ended up taking over for Alejandro for our scheduled appointment. We actually ended up figuring out that our gas meter needed to be reset on our own so didn't get to use LSPP for the actual appointment as I ended up canceling as soon as our gas was working and the hot water was back.

I am giving them 5 stars for the ease of scheduling an emergency appointment and because it was very convenient to text back and forth with their scheduling person.

The toilet was making a hammering noise, called them and they were the first to have availability. Unfortunately the hammer noise went away and we couldn't reproduce the issue, but Phill was very understanding and helpful, and I will give them a call if it comes back.
