My condo was without hot water for a week because my home warranty company failed to find someone who could fix an electric tankless water heater. I contacted 5+ plumbing companies on my own and felt fortunate to find LSP Plumbing. LSP was responsive from the beginning e.g., responded to my yelp message, answered the phone every time I called, followed up, etc. The company has a great communication system - people answer the phone, emails/texts are sent to confirm appointments and let you know when the plumber is about to arrive.

In less than 24 hours, a plumber was at my place. Art was great! Unlike the previous plumber who gave up without really trying, Art was determined to help me figure out what was wrong with the water heater, which I appreciated. Within a two days the hot water was working again!

I'd also like to give a shout out to Jade and Franklin who provided great phone customer service.

With sewage backing up into our secondary bathroom Anthony F. saved the day! Anthony was a great help and incredibly knowledgeable in guiding my family through the necessary repairs needed to get our home back up to snuff, he was extremely patient in explaining to my aging parents what the pipe bursting process entailed and worked hard through a major rainy week to make sure we had usable plumbing as soon as humanly possible.

I high recommend LSP for both minor and major repairs as their team is extremely communicative and transparent through out their process.
