He provided options and costs, and made a recommendation that made sense without any pressure (unintended pun). His work was clean, and he left the place in great shape at the agreed-upon price. After he finished the clean-out of our pipes, we asked him to look at the downspout of our bathtub, and because he had an extra part on his truck, he replaced it for us completely free of charge. A real class act - if we ever need a plumber again we definitely will call David!

Had a clogged sink so I tried Drano, but it didn't work. I called them and they were ready to show up the same day, but I scheduled an appointment for the following day and they showed up promptly. Duy and Kim fixed my sink in literally 2 seconds and gave me some tips on preventing future clogs. Great customer service!
