Leaving this review for Jaime. We unfortunately had a clogged line and everything backed up. Literally everything! Jaime initially came on a weekend and cleared the line but unfortunately there were other previous issues that caused a back up again. He came back the day before Thanksgiving and it was later in the evening. Each time Jaime was very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. He was very respectful of the property and being as quiet as he could and efficient. I mentioned the quiet part because we have a baby and dog in the home. Our baby was sleeping/napping both times Jaime came but she never woke from any noises. Similar to what another reviewer wrote, they clean up after themselves. I was around after the first initial visit and I could hear Jaime cleaning up thoroughly and rinsing things down. I appreciate that more than anything. That's service!! It was a clogged line and back up from toilet and sinks and other gross stuff coming up and just sat there but Jaime took care of and cleaned it up and after as just a professional and kind person. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service and kindness especially when we have an infant at home!

My hot water had gone out and the water heater had a leak on a Wednesday evening. Andy had been referred to me so I called right away. He got back to me quickly and let me know he could come by the following morning since it was not am emergency. Andy showed up on time and assessed that the water heater should be replaced. He was able to do the work right away the same day and finished quickly. Andy was very responsive, professional and did great work with the job completed less than 24 hours after I made contact. I'll definitely contact Local Rooter next time I need plumbing work done.

I just bought a house in San Jose and needed a bunch of things done to it. Called these guys to set up an appt so they could provide an estimate. There was a little bit of initial confusion but they sorted it out, quoted me a good price, and honored it when the work turned out to be a bit more expensive than expected. Very responsible about making sure that everything was right, and they even cleaned up after they were done working! All too often, plumbers leave junk sort of all over. Not these guys.

I will certainly use them again if I have future plumbing issues.

Sunday - 10/16/22 - Andy showed up to do an estimate of the storm drain cleaning in the backyard. I took him around the backyard, showed him the storm drain to be cleaned out/ sump pump as described in the job write up. He went to his van in my driveway to write up the estimate. He then called me as he was driving away saying his boss was unavailable to provide an estimate. Said he'd get back to me with an estimate in short order. Drove away and never from Andy / this company again? Wasted my afternoon and they never provided an estimate, call back, explanation or service. Be hesitate to use this service provide, in particular, if you've provided all the details of the project upfront & they leave you ""high and dry"" after making promises to follow up.

Duy responses quickly to my online request and scheduled Andy to check on our leaking ceiling. Andy is very nice and professional, he's been able to find out the leaking issue in 10 mins after he arrived. I will definitely work with Local Rooter again for the plumbing work.

I called to schedule the repair of a clogged kitchen sink and was asked to text my address. He said that he would be at my house between 5-6pm. At 5:40, I texted to see if he would still be able to make it but no response. I called at 6pm but got a vm. That's terrible customer service. I would give zero stars, if I could.

Jaime helped install my whole house water filter and softener. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and communicated well. His workmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable compared to other places I called. I will definitely use them again!

Local Rooter and Plumbing was responsive and friendly. Andy (plumber) was a professional and did an excellent job repairing my pipe leak. He was a friendly and a pleaure to work with. He also took the initiative to buy kitty litter to spread around my crawl space to obsorb the moisture from the leaking pipe. Will call them again for my plumbing needs.
