Johnny was AMAZING!! We had a really crappy day and he was incredibly kind and courteous. He showed up in no time at all, took off his shoes before entering our house, played with our dog, made us laugh and got the job done in no time and with great results! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I just want to write this review for Local Rooter & Plumbing because of their professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs service even though my water heater is not even fixed.

My hot water heater broke out of nowhere (and only one and half years new). I called Local Rooter and they were able to come in the same day to give an analysis. Even though the parts took awhile to come in, Paul came in yesterday (Sunday) and try to fix it. Even though it is not fixed, Paul said he would come out the next day on Monday and get the engineers of my water heater manufacturer on the phone to go through it with him.

Even when this did not work out, he recommended another plumbing company who is more professional in the brand that I have (Rinnai, please do not ever get this brand of water heater, it is really bad. I had no choice as my builder put it in with the house) with no charges. I also asked him to give me recommendation of new water heaters, and Paul went to the plumbing stores and send me what they have available.

Even though I still have no hot water right now, I was very happy with this company's service. They are not here just for your money. They are here to help you even if it means to recommend another company on what they can't accomplish. I think that is as high of professionalism as you can do. I very much appreciate it.

Now I need to decide if I should just get a new water heater instead of continue to deal with this crap brand.

Fast response, good work. Tino gave a thorough inspection and explanation on the problem and promptly fixed it the same day. Since I was a clueless noob homeowner, Tino gave me a free home check on what to keep an eye on, options if things break in the future and patiently answered all my plumbing questions. Tino even came back early next morning, a Saturday, to check on the work. Highly recommend local & rooter plumbing.

I highly recommend Local Rooter & Plumbing. Loi and his team are very professional and get things done. I used them a year ago for a bathroom leak and they did amazing quality work, so I have his number saved in my contacts. I only save contacts, if I feel that we can have long-term relationships with, someone that I can trust to do things right.

Johnny came out to service our sewer line back up on a Sunday morning. Water was running out of toilet and shower drain. I called several plumbers and got a range of $275 per hour to per job rate from Local Rooter and Plumbers. Johnny was courteous and patient in explaining our problem. He systematically narrowed down to two major problems, main sewer line within house running to street was clogged and there was a leak in the toilet wax seal, leaking into crawl space. He took pictures of the leak to show us. He suggested using hydro water to unclogged sewer line which is suppose to be less damaging to pipes than router. It did the job quickly. He showed us on the front yard cleanout water was running freely again. For the toilet leak, He took out the toilet and replace with double wax ring. Johnny was very neat and cleaned up after himself. We also had him changed out two fill valve for our Toto toilets. Everything works great! Thank you Johnny and Local Rooter and Plumbers

Duy and Tai were available very fast, which was amazing because we were having a plumbing emergency! They came out and snaked our lines about 5-6 times. They were honest, helpful, and funny! They put a camera down the pipes to see the real cause of the problem. They even came back and located the place in need of repairs at no charge to us. Wonderful team! Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Steve and Duy Nguyen came up our house for fixing the pilot fire problem. The Gas of our house were turned off and PG&E came in to turned gas on, and then re-light the pilot fire of our water heater. But it was just not on.

They were professional, nice and response quickly:
1. I called the number on Saturday afternoon, and they were able to come within 2hrs. That released our weary for not getting hot water to shower that night
2. They professionally tackled the issue and lit up the pilot fire again.
3. The service were worth every penny. They charged for $150 and got the fire on. I would definitely have them to replace my water heater in the future.

These guys are great and well deserving of the 5 stars they currently have. I contacted them on behalf of my mom because of her sewer line being clogged up. It was already late afternoon and most plumbers I called would show up the next day as the earliest. Lo and behold they showed up within 30 minutes. The person who showed up was a guy named Johnny, very friendly and professional. He took his time explaining to my mom and myself on what was needed to be done and fixed the problem. Even fixed my mom's leaky toilet tank no charge! Definitely will be using these guys for our plumbing needs 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you.
