We had a backed up sink that we couldn't unclog so we called Local Rooter and Plumbing. They came out today (Saturday) and charged us the same price as they would on a weekday. They also found that we needed to have a hydro jet kitchen line clean out or they would have to keep coming back. They called the team that could do the clean out and they came within an hour.

They were all very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. They even told my bro-in-law how to fix something else they found needed fixing! These guys were great! We will definitely use them again!

We were having problems with our sink for a while, because we had a bad contractor remodel our bathrooms. Anyways, in comes Thai and Duy they were very informative, professional , and even let me know of other problems I may be having. I live in an old house with no crawl space, so it could be a challenge to fix plumbing problems. Long story short, looks like these guys will definitely be our go to. Thanks for all.the help guys!

I highly recommend Local Rooter. I was really frustrated in trying to get someone to come to my home to repair my water heaters. I had called several companies and the earliest any could come out was about a week which is a ridiculously long time to live without hot water. Local Rooter came out in hours even though I had not called until about 4 PM on Friday. Duc did a great job repairing my water heater and was professional and very friendly. On top of fixing the problem I called them out to fix, they found another problem and repaired it at no added charge.

I made an appointment with Thai (not sure if my spelling is correct) over the phone and he came out next day at the right time. He cleared our clogged drain quickly, gave us a detailed invoice and a quote for hydro jetting in case we need it. Very professional.

We had a clogged shower on Sunday.... called Local Rooter and Plumbing and Duy Nguyen came out to the house that afternoon.... cleared the clog within 20 minutes. Duy was very professional and courteous. Very reasonable price and I highly recommend Local Rooter and Plumbing!

I called Local Rooter & Plumbing with a clogged sink issue. They came on time. We agreed to high pressure service for $300. It tuned out the clog was mechanical. They ran snake 5 times and resolved the issue. They charge me only $175.

My drain outside need be cleaned out, called local rooter on Sunday morning around 9am, the guy in the phone asked the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair, they also offered free onsite estimate, so I scheduled 2:00pm appointment. On 2:00 pm, they arrived on time and three person total, drive two big trucks with tools and equipment to my house. After look at the problem, they are very honest with me about the situation and offered me a lot of options, they also refer some other professional plumbers who can help me out for very serious part which they can not help since they don't have the special tool. They are very professional, good work ethic, nice and responsible, they explained to me the problem, and also told me a lot of things I did not know about my drain. I am very appreciated with local rooter's help.

We noticed a leak coming from under my parent's house last week which was a cause for concern. Saw the solid reviews for Duy and his crew and decided to message him via Yelp. Duy got back to me within an hour. We scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. Needless to say it was a big problem and Duy could not have been more professional. He explained the problem and offered a few solutions. We really appreciated his comprehensive summary in terms we could understand. After making a decision, his crew was back that afternoon and laid out the drying agent. His team was back the following morning and worked diligently to complete the work much earlier than we expected given the situation. We could not have asked for more. And to top it all off, he made my mom feel at ease Duy was also kind enough to inspect a few items in their home. It was refreshing to get an honest assessment of what items should be addressed and some to keep an eye on and what was manageable. When Duy says ""We will take care of you"", he really means it If we ever have any plumbing needs in the future, Local Rooter and Plumbing will be the first we contact. Highly recommended!

Please trust the five stars reviews. They are for real. I shopped around and called Duey.
My water valve did not shut off the water properly when I tried to replace the toilette flushing kit. I called several plumbers. They gave me an estimate that was a rip off. Then, I called Duey. He showed up as promised the same day within two hour window. He fixed within half an hour. So, if I were anyone looking for a plumbing expert on short notice, I will call Duey and/or his partners! The bottom line is that he does excellent work at a reasonable price, literally because he/his partner is not ""out to rip you off"" in time of need.
