I wish there is a 10-star that I can give Thai and David. They came to my house to fix a problem with water backup from our washer drainage line.

The problem has been hunting us ever since we moved in. When it happened, usually a plumber came, snake the line, temporarily fix the problem and one or two years later, we have to snake it again. This time we had very bad luck, our home insurance warranty asigned a very bad plumbing company to us. They dropped a metal snake head in the line. Instead of fixing the problem, they created a bigger one and even wanted to collect payment (btw, that company's name is Performance Electric, NEVER ever use them even if your home insurance assigned them to you).

We found Thai's company from yelp based on the good reviews. The fact is that every good things said in the previous review are TRUE! They are honest, thinking from the client's view, not only fixing the problem, but also providing a solution that you can benefit in the future. PLUS, their price is very reasonable!

They had to open the wall in my garage to trace down the location where it is clogged. David patched the wall back after the work is done. It is the most beautiful patch I have ever seen. David even added a power outlet on top of my washer so that I don't need to use an extension cable any more.

I will definitely be their loyal customer from now on, and recommend them to everybody I know.

Excellent service. Showed up quickly and very knowledgeable. Fixed my bathroom after another plumber had messed up. David was a lifesaver! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had a broken hot water tap on my bathtub and wasn't sure whether there was a leak or just a broken tap. Vo showed up the same day and upon inspection told me that there was no leak and also temporarily fixed my broken tap as a full fix needed replacing the entire faucet and he did it free of charge. He was very easy to work with and I'd call him again.

So I am updating this review because after seeing the details of my dissatisfaction Duy showed up at my office trying to redeem himself. He was the first one to walk in the door this morning. He apologized that the guy he sent or referred us to was not with his company and he didn't know the guy decided not to show up.
He was extremely apologetic and did the repair at no cost to us in order to make up for the inconvenience. He also guaranteed it for a year on top of everything! It takes a big person who really cares about his business to show up like that and try to make it right. I would definitely be calling him for any of my future commercial and home plumbing needs! Thanks Duy you are a great businessman!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a leaked faucet in my son's bathroom. Since the fixtures are more than 10 years old, we would like to have the whole set replaced. The handles of our oval tub's faucets were also broken. After reading Yelp reviews, we decided to call Local Rooter and Plumbing.

I called Duy at 8:30 am today. He answered my phone and gave me a quote that is very reasonable. He thoroughly explained the process to me and I was very impressed with his knowledge and politeness.

Kim Vo showed up on time today at 11am. I was very impressed with his skills. He took away the old and broken parts without damaging the tubs, the wall or the pipes. He was able to find parts that are conpatible with my existing pipes and keep the parts that still work to save us money. He finished the job today :):). Our bathtubs now look so nice. We were so happy.

We strongly recommend Kim Vo, Duy and Local Rooter and Plumbing.

Am going to bump this up because of good customer service. They got back to me and within hours fixed the problem with the right tool. And looks like they did a good job. Am bumping it all the way up to 5 because they did it without any excuses

This 5 star review is so well deserved!!! I called Local Rooter and Plumbing Co. mid-afternoon Saturday and was given a reasonable arrival time of 7pm that evening to deal with both of our toilets not flushing. Unlike most company's they arrived 20 minutes early. After hearing the symptoms they concluded the cause was not an obstruction located in the toilet's plumbing but the dastardly obstruction was in the central sewer line...and sure enough it was! The 3 employees (David, Kim and Thai) went about not only eliminating the obstruction caused by tree roots, but took photos of the damage to show us what they found. The photos show also showed problems will likely occur in the future if the central sewer line isn't replaced by THE VILLAGES. I found Local Rooting and Plumbing to be honest and their work reasonably priced. This company will be our go-to plumbers from now on.

I had a sewage backup in the house. Called Local Rooter. Kim Vo (and David) came out and went the extra mile to make sure the lines were clear using both the water jet method and the snake method to get the lines cleaned. He even repaired my kitchen faucet for free (no hot water for two years and wife was real mad at me, getting this fixed was worth it in itself!)

Kim suggested we install clean-outs for the drainage. He gave us a reasonable quote. The team came on time and installed the clean-outs. Job well done. Cleaned up after the work. Very professional. Very courteous. Very conscious of making sure the job is done right and customer is 110% satisfied. Very rare to find people like this nowadays. Thanks a lot guys.

Poor communication while trying to receive a quote. I was told they would get back to me shortly, but then they just ignored my attempts to contact them.

+1 star for being contacted and trying to make amends, However, I was only contacted after leaving a review here vs responding to my initial means of communication. I went elsewhere to get the job done.

I had 2 clogged toilets. Called and spoke with Duey, and made an appointment for the same day! That was awesome considering this was a little emergency and I had called 2 other places (shall remain nameless) that didn't even pick up the phone or even bother to call me back after I left messages. Tai arrived within the window they told me. He was very friendly and got to work right away. He had the toilets working within minutes! I will definitely be using them again when the time comes. Thank you guys, you rock!
