I was notified by the DWP that I had high water usage but nothing had changed. Finally a ton of water was in my dog run. We couldn't find the leak but Local Pro came out on a Saturday night--got it stopped until they came back the next day on a Sunday with specialized equipment and found this leak where NO one ever would have looked. Thank Heavens they did. Oscar was fantastic! I felt very comfortable with him and also with the person answering the calls. Avery--she is right on top of everything. You can't go wrong with these people I know it is for emergencies but I plan to use them for everything. They also do electrical. So call them as I have found them in this matter to be wonderful, trustworthy, on time, reliable and although it is a little expensive it was worth it to get the water which was costing a fortune to stop leaking. Friday evening, start of a holiday weekend. I hear a loud pop sound followed by the gush of water coming from my bathroom.
I discover the line to my toilet had broken off and I had to move quick and shut the water line off. Water all over the bathroom and the line, while off, continued to leak. My building management fails to respond so I call a series of plumbers, many of whom said they couldn't help nor refer me to someone who can.
Continuing down the list, I land on local pro and they said they would have someone out in 45mins!
Oscar arrived and quickly took care of the problem and replaced my broken hose! Oscar was quick, efficient and very professional. Plumbers aren't cheap, especially on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, but glad I was able to handle such a shocking and unanticipated mess!

I woke up to a clogged toilet this morning, after trying to unclogged it myself, I realized I needed a plumber. It was almost 8 pm and had no choice but to call a plumber. I called a few places and left messages, but nobody was calling me back or was available in my area.
Local Pro Drain Cleaning called me back in a short time, Angie was very helpful after giving her my information, I received an ETA via text message, she got a plumber out to my home within an hr and half, which it gave me time to go dinner. I received a called from Angie letting me know that the plumber had arrived, Met with Ricardo, he was very nice, and unclogged my toilet in a short time. Price was reasonable for an after hours job. I highly recommend this place, for their excellent customer service, their prompt service and their great rates.
