They arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. Local Plumbing diagnosed the issue and quickly had the water heater back in action . Reasonable rates. Had leak after less than four months of them installing all new plumbing including faucet. Blamed it on faucet and argued back and forth with me. Had someone else come in and it was the fitting installed. The other faucet was also installed crooked. FYI the sink, cabinet, faucet and fittings were all newly installed.

The charge was not explained in detail or """"itemized for me"""" initially over the phone. I don't question the workmanship more so the ability to secure healthy business owner-client partnerships. I requested a """"before and after"""" picture of the work, only received a """"before"""" picture shot. I won't be using them again.
