Nami K.That was the worst experiences ever. Jay is not a licensed plumber. Before I gave him the job he assured me that he's licensed in plumbing, but when I ask about the license number it was clear that he didn't have any license and he lied about it. He used the cheapest material, he installed a regulator, the pressure was not adjusted properly and as a result we didn't have any water in the house. when I called him back to fix the problem he didn't show up. he charge me $450 for this job which is beyond the worth of the work he did, he is a layer and dishonest. be careful about this guy, he's a charlatan.
