Terrific work... Responded quickly to yelp request. Provided an accurate estimate over the phone to set up a new line from the water source to my refrigerator ice machine. (I preferred running a new line than moving my built in.) I also preferred to have a shutoff valve to the frig under the frig...not under the house. He accommodated my request and set up the fix exactly as I requested even as it caused a trip to the hardware store for a different line and valve. Very much appreciated!

While under the house he discovered my island sink drain pipe had a leak (new problem). He FaceTimed me from under the house to show me the active leak...very much appreciated as it saved me a crawl under the house. nice!!

and also the shut off faucet to the house didn't work (known issue.) He replaced the defective valve and pipe with new quarter turn valve and copper pipe.

Khoung fixed all three, effectively, efficiently and at a fair price.

I would definitely call Khuong for my next plumbing project.

The main shut-off valve coming into the house had a leak and needed to be replaced. I put out request for quote via Yelp, and had several replies back via the application. Kuong and local-local-plumbing was the first to reply (literally within 5 mins), called me to understand the problem, and after I texted a picture of the scope of work, he immediately called me back with a quote and a next day appointment. He arrived early (texted me that he was on his way), quickly explained what he was going to do, and got to work, finishing efficiently and doing a nice-clean job. The cost was exactly what was quoted. He cleaned up and put everything back in its place before leaving, always being very friendly and attentive to my questions.

Two days later I noticed that one of the connections had a tiny, almost not even noticeable, drip. I called Kuong, and he came out immediately to correct it. That's when you know you have someone that stands behind their work, values customer service, and takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, and will use him again for sure!

We had an emergency water leak on the street. Steve was very quick to respond and accommodate our emergency request. He was reasonable and quick to provide a temporary solution to get water to our home.
He finished the work on time and also straightened some of the water lines.

My kitchen sink was backing up causing it to flood onto the floor. I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple plumbers and Khuong was the fastest to respond and came out the very next day to look at the pipes. He saw it was classic old iron pipes where there should be plastic instead. He offered a quick quote an quick come out the next day. He also repaired my slow drain showers where it was old iron as well.
He was super personable, humble, friendly and patient in answering all questions. He was willing to to do a smaller job than what he recommended so that it would fix the problems and would be less cost.

Steve has helped me twice with plumbing issues. The first time, I needed to repair main water pipe that was being bent by an overgrown tree. He was one of the first quotes to respond back to me via text, and came almost immediately to do an estimate. His price was fair, and he was honest, so I decided to go ahead with him. He did the work in about half a day, and sent me the photos of his progress of his work throughout the day as it is a rental property. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards, my tenants were very pleased and even asked for his contact.

Then on Super Bowl Sunday, we came home from a trip to a busted pipe near our water heater. I immediately called Steve, and he responded back in less than 15 minutes again, even though he was at his own Super Bowl event. He was able to come promptly and quoted us a fair price to fix our hot water line in the next two hours! Now that's prompt efficient service!

The only thing to mention is that Steve is not licensed, but he is responsive, does do great honest work at a very reasonable price.

Steve was great to work with. I sent him a message on yelp on thursday night and he responded within 15 minutes saying he could come by the next morning at 9am. He arrived promptly at 9 and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got his necessary materials and I had my issue fixed shortly after. His prices are very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. I decided to have him back the next day to replace my kitchen faucet. Again a reasonable price and in an out quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is going to be our families go to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

I called Steve at 4:14pm with a stuck drain, and he drove away before 6pm, leaving me with a bathtub (and kitchen sink) draining better than it ever had before. My house was built in 1947, and it is a bit funky. It took some extra work to get this done, and he did it without a complaint.

Steve fiddled with the tub (and reassured me that I wasn't imagining the stuck stopper that prevented getting a snake through there) and fiddled with the kitchen drain and wound up on the roof trying to hydro-jet the drain through the vents. When that didn't work, he snaked everything from under the kitchen sink.

He was cheerful and friendly and polite throughout, and wore a mask (COVID times, you know) and was just a pleasure to deal with. And, did I mention that he showed up in around an hour?
