Steve, was amazing giving a small window when he would arrive and being on time. Once he got here he educated me on what could go wrong and what he was doing as he was doing it. Everything went perfect and I can't thank him enough for giving our house back the use of our toilets :). Would definitely use again in the future!!

My newly purchased house needs a water regulator. After interviewing about 10 Yelp 5* rated plumbers, I decided to go with Steve's Local Local Plumbing because: 1). Steve did come for an onsite investigation on the problem and he is on time for the appointment; 2) He really knows what he does and explains clearly; 3). His warranty is among the best; 4) He works so hard so that his appointment times are more flexible than most of others; and, 5) He even went to my other house in another city (with low water pressure as a problem) and found out the city sewer system leaking- he did not charge for this trip.

His installed water regulator has a normal level of water pressure but my house seems needs a higher-than-average level then he came with a replacement.

With the new regulator, I still see a little water over it but I don't see leaking. However Steve still came today- Sunday morning to double check. Finally we've both agreed the little water came from drips of roof gutter so the water regulator is in good condition without any problem.

He has the best quality with after-work services so I think he is the best and would highly recommend.

It all started with replacing a garbage disposal and Steve's pricing was exceptional. I got 5 bids and everything was all over the places. Chose to go with Steve (owner of Local Local Plumbing). Steve is extremely responsive and on-time. We also had him install a high end faucet and went great as well. Our house does not have a sewer cleanout and in the middle of the night, the sewer got backed up! Steve came out the very next morning to diagnose, used a camera to locate the clogs and installed a cleanout for us to be able to use the snake and clear the clogs. The price was exceptional as well. We have found the plumber for live and will be referring him to everyone we know! In the next couple years, we will need Steve's help for installing a city sewer cleanout. Thank you Steve, you save us from the mess!

Our main line is clogged again from tree roots. We called around for tree root specialists, but no one was willing to snake from the roof due to risks and liability. So we called back Local Local who has become our go-go plumber. He responded quickly, worked fast, and at the lowest price of all the quotes (in part because of previous jobs).

This guy is very reliable and trustworthy. He did some checks which diagnosed the problem immediately. I felt bad that I couldn't pay him for his services so called 2 weeks later to get under sink disposal machine re piping instead. He did amazing work.

Local local was very local. I believe they were preoccupied when we called with our situation however, they came as soon as they could. The timing was impeccable.

After looking it over, they noticed a small leak from our disposal. They gave a quote as well as a time frame when it would be done and just like that, it was done. We especially appreciated them remembering us since they've turned into one of our go-to's in contract work. Already have them on speed dial.

Had a toilet back up. Steve was available same day on a weekend. It wasn't urgent so I asked if he could come first thing Monday morning. Arrived promptly and remembered me from his first visit to our home.

Steve found that our fill valve needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate on the spot, which he already had the parts for. He explained that this would be a quick job no problem, but for the cost, if I were to buy my own toilet, he'd just do this install and charge for labor, coming out to just a little more for a brand new toilet.

He told me it's our choice and either option is fine by him.

We went with the new toilet. I placed an online order for same day pick up at Home Depot. Steve even picked it up for us and came back in the afternoon and finished a quick install.

I said it before and I'll say it again. Steve is the best in the business and has the best prices to boot. If you're not using Local Local, you're already losing.

He's the only plumber getting my business and I'll refer him to everyone I know!

Steve was exceptional from the from the start. He responded to my yelp inquiry within 20 minutes and came to the house a few minutes ahead of the agreed on time. Steve assessed my issue within a few minutes, a water main leak between the water meter and the front lawn. What I appreciate about him is that he took time to provide options. He said that we could replace the pipe from the meter to the house (very expensive) or that we could try and replace a short segment of line that he suspected was the problem. His judgement was excellent and saved me lots of money. Steve is honest, very hard working, kind, and polite. He is going to be my plumber going forward. He gets my highest recommendation.
