I'm late on the review; however, very satisfied customer. Michael was prompt on his response to fix my plumbing issue. He drove all the way to Fairfield to fix my bath. Just taking that extra step to drive here was a huge plus (he was recommended to me and I was surprised he actually drove to my house). Very professional, thorough and explained the process before he started. I would definitely recommend and call them back for future plumbing problems. I had bathrooms and kitchen sinks clogged, Felicia the plumber, yes a women. OMG, that's so cool! She unclogged my sinks in no time they were back up and running! They are very reliable and affordable! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much !

In the last two rain storms, lurking plumbing problems have come to light. Both times, Local Dain Cleaning Specialists have come through with the quickest response time, the best value, and the most transparency. We've worked with Mike twice, and since we did so recently, they waved the assessment fee to come check things out. Mike was thorough walking me through the problem and potential solutions. He got things flowing again and left me with a plan to ensure the problem is fixed permanently.

Highly recommend this company! Michael and his colleague came out quickly after my husband's call (on the day after Thanksgiving no less) to evaluate a problem in our landscape drains. I was referred through a friend of a friend for a sink leak and I called and they showed up the same day- which is sometimes unheard of if it's not an ""emergency"".

So to my surprise- Felicia shows up! And not that that matters- but it's so rare and I am totally here for this type of thing because I usually don't see it. So anyways- she comes and checks out my big water issue and is able to pretty quickly determine what the issue is- so she leaves and comes back with two guys (Michael and I don't remember his name- but don't hate me lol) within the hour to fix it.

I was having a constant water flow from my water heater to my patio and then my water bill was also shooting up because the water literally never stopped flowing lol! They switched out the part and even stayed after finishing to make sure the pipe fully stopped spewing out water.

Basically Felicia, Michael & the other worker were amazing, friendly, efficient, reasonable and super easy to work with. They came in fast, got the job done and were even super funny to chat with!

I want to thank them so much for coming same day and fixing the issue I didn't even know I had in addition to the leak!

Definitely will be recommending you all and although I would like to work with them again, I hope I don't have to anytime soon lol!

My landscaping drains throughout the house were all plugged up had drain tech come out to try to unplug it. He did not have the proper equipment and referred me to local drain cleaning specialist. They called and they were there on time they use a Hydro jet high-pressure system to try to unplug my drains. On their truck on the side it says if they can't drain it you don't have to pay. They were there for almost 3 hours and could not unplug my drains. My drains were all plugged up with roots rocks and have not been checked in years. They are a great company they stand by what they say I didn't have to pay but I felt guilty. I would recommend these guys anytime for my drains PS I am going to have all my landscaping drains replaced

The two technicians that came out were really professional. They were generous enough to waive the camera fee $480.00 because I had initially called Roto Rooter to come out and unclog my main drain pipe. Rotor Rooter sent in a camera and found out that my pipes were offset by the county. There's also roots inside their pipes. They quoted me $4400 to get it fixed. They will dig into the ground and replace the old pipes. Well, Local Draining Specialist reached out to me and stated that I should get a second opinion, which I did. After coming out and sending in their camera. They told me to contact the county to come out and check their pipes. They came out and after inspecting their pipes they found out that there's roots growing on their pipes too. So now, the county is going fix for free. Yay! I recommend these guys to everyone because they're honest and I saved $4400.
