Michael and his crew came out and fixed a problem with a severely clogged drain. They used Trench less technology to remove the blockage and installed new piping. We were in a world of hurt with flooding on our RV parking side of our home. Very hard working and dedicated to finding a solution to the problem. Very dependable and reliable. If ever in the future we have a drain problem we will only call on Mike.

Really amazing team and service!We had a clog and a toilet leak discovered in our store's only bathroom at 6pm on a Friday. By 7:30 we had two of their team - who really had just been finishing their last job when they got our call - in our store checking out the issue.

They were honest and upfront about what we could be encountering and kept us in the loop of what was happening the whole time. No surprises.

Turns out old pipes are a huge problem. Next morning - Saturday at 7:30am - we had the Michael and his team on the job. They did a massive repair, including jackhammering our floor and replacing part of our nearly 100 year old pipe.

I cannot say enough good things about this small business. They were an amazing team to watch work. extremely professional and courteous while dealing with our shop - that was open for business during part of the repair. They have all the ability and knowledge of a large corporate company but with everything we all love about small business service.

I'd recommend them to anyone.

The Team at LDCS are my go to plumbers in the area. I use them for both, big projects and emergency services. Recently, I've had Josh come out to an AirBnb I own to unclog a toilet that a guest flushed foreign objects down the septic. Josh took care of my problem quickly & effectively.

My guest bathroom toilet had a leak and was not fully connected to the ground. I called a few plumbers for a quote but with all of the positive reviews and a gut feeling, I decided on Local Drain Cleaning Specialists. I'm so glad my instincts paid off!

Michael and his assistant (I don't remember his name but he was a sweetheart!) arrived on-time and discovered that my home builder (Lennar!) didn't install my toilet properly. The pipe was cemented too high in the ground and this was why the toilet didn't connect to the ground and caused the leak when it was flushed. So gross! He explained the issue and gave me three quotes (low, medium, and high). The price hinged on the complexity of the repair. He also explained that he would do everything to avoid the high, more complex route. Not only did he keep his promise, he and his assistant also traveled to several different suppliers to make sure that the highest cost was avoided! I was sooo impressed!!! He also helped me to understand and fix a clog in my kitchen disposal that made water drain onto my countertop. So not only did they complete the job and keep their promises, they also educated me about my plumbing issues! These guys are honest, skilled, friendly, hardworking, and clean! What more can you ask for?

If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I won't bother to call anyone else! They will also be the business I refer to friends and family for their plumbing issues! Trust and respect earned! I can't be more grateful to you guys!!!

Our house has two toilets and both of them decided to stop working at the same time! Frantic, I placed an inquiry on Yelp. Local Drain Cleaning Specialists responded quickly. What set their response apart from the rest was that it was not an automated: ""Please call our company at XYZ so we may help you""; but instead it was a response from a real person stating what they believe may be the issue with the toilets, their flat rate fee, and if I wanted to schedule for a technician which I was able to do through Yelp.

I should preface this epic saga by stating the prior owners of our home tried (and failed) to fix everything in the house themselves. Of course we are only finding out the extent of their idiocracy when their jerry-rigged solutions that they tried to cover up fail.

Felicia and Michael arrived and quickly unclogged our guest bathroom. Our master bathroom on the other hand was a different story. Felicia and Michael found that the toilet was leaking from the bottom because it was not installed properly and the flange needed to be replaced. Not only that, the leaking had caused extensive water damage to the flooring and baseboards. They removed the old toilet and ripped up the old floor. We came up with a game plan that allowed my husband and I to have the time to address the floors before a new toilet was installed.

Once the floors were fixed, we called to have the toilet installed. Felicia found that there was an issue with the pipes! She informed us of what needed to be done and reassured us that they would work with us financially.

Michael and the crew came out early this morning to address the issue. Instead of rushing through a job, they informed us that the boards got wet and we're removed but it was still too wet to add new boards. I'm thankful for this honesty and thoughtfulness instead of trying to rush through a job, put in boards when it's still wet, and then have mold grow under.

I did my due diligence and researched other plumbing companies in my area. I received quotes from them that were hundreds even THOUSANDS of dollars more. They were less personable and more about selling you more services on top of what you're asking for. Im so thankful to Felicia, Michael, and their team for going above and beyond to help us. They really want to work with their customers and our experience so far has been fantastic.

Our toilets were not working, one was clogged and one leaky. Local Drain was out at our house within a couple hours and provided great customer service. The dispatcher was so responsive on the chat and answered all of our questions within a matter of minutes. Felicia and Michael were patient enough to explain everything they were doing, and most importantly they did a thorough job resolving our issues. One of our toilets was no longer usable and they were great about providing options and giving us the time and space to create our new bathroom the way we want to. I'm so glad we chose this company!

We have a major issue that could not be addressed at the time of inspection. Called late morning and they had someone here by the afternoon on the same day. True to advertisement, they did not charge for the inspection, as the issue could not be resolved. They helped us understand the problem and talked us though possible next steps. We did not feel pressured at all. Very helpful. I would use them again.

I'm late on the review; however, very satisfied customer. Michael was prompt on his response to fix my plumbing issue. He drove all the way to Fairfield to fix my bath. Just taking that extra step to drive here was a huge plus (he was recommended to me and I was surprised he actually drove to my house).
