The two technicians that came out were really professional. They were generous enough to waive the camera fee $480.00 because I had initially called Roto Rooter to come out and unclog my main drain pipe. Rotor Rooter sent in a camera and found out that my pipes were offset by the county. There's also roots inside their pipes. They quoted me $4400 to get it fixed. They will dig into the ground and replace the old pipes. Well, Local Draining Specialist reached out to me and stated that I should get a second opinion, which I did. After coming out and sending in their camera. They told me to contact the county to come out and check their pipes. They came out and after inspecting their pipes they found out that there's roots growing on their pipes too. So now, the county is going fix for free. Yay! I recommend these guys to everyone because they're honest and I saved $4400.

Mike and Manuel were very polite. They took off their boots before entering my home, explained multiple options and time frames of different ways I could repair my refrigerator line. I felt like the decision was completely up to me and they were comfortable with whatever option I wanted to do.

We have some plans in the future for remodeling bathroom and kitchen, and I will definitely be reaching back out to ""Plumber Mike"" for other jobs in the future.

Extremely pleased with the responsiveness of this company. My sewer backed up on a Saturday afternoon, so I called around. A few other companies couldn't come out for several days, but Local Drain Cleaning Specialists were out within an hour. Michael made sure to explain everything and show me where the problems were (we had some root intrusions) using the scope, hydrojetted the line to fix the problem, and gave some advice on what to do in the long-term. The customer service and friendliness were outstanding. I completely trusted this company to provide the best price and service for the job. I'll be calling them again in the future.

Don't be fooled by the newness of this company. They are a minority woman owned business and are responsive to your requests for a job estimate and complete the job in record time. They are prompt, quick to assess the work, tools and labor required and efficient at completing the task to your satisfaction. No upselling and they make take pride in doing the job right the first time. Felicia, who is also the business owner, discussed what the work order would entail, the length of time, and the cost, securing my authorization to go ahead before doing the job.
I'm quite satisfied with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to use them again for future jobs.

So We donate time to are local parkway LITTLE league and we had a closing day ceremony and are toilets backed up and we had about 300 people come out..we came in that morning and seen there was a mess parkway family was running around trying to see if anyone can come out know one called back but these guys came out the same day got down and dirt on short notice and saved us all These guys are AMAZING Nothing but good people and saved are butts..I highly recommend these guys..when ever your in doubt these guys will fix your spout lol na but for real good people and took good care of us..... These guys are great. They came out the same day to perform a free quick and thorough inspection with Felicia. We got advice on stuff we could do ourselves to save money and were presented with a few options and very reasonable quote with an explanation of how the work is better than competitors.

We had an excellent experience. We had to replace all of our drains, re-line the main sewer line, and replace our main water line on an older house. The owner, Michael, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He does an exceptional job of explaining to clients what the problem is, why it's a problem, and how to solve it an a way that's easy to comprehend. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of or pressured into using him. However, we certainly felt comfortable with him, and the work turned out great. We have continued to use Local Drain Cleaning Specialists and will continue to use them moving forward.

ABSOLUTELY MIRACULOUS! Michael showed up right away after my phone call, on a Sunday afternoon. He explained their billing system clearly, he was masked, he told me the range of options. I explained that I had tried five different techniques to unclog the toilet. I left him to it, and, WITHIN MINUTES, he found what was preventing the toilet from working, HE FOUND THE WALLET WE HAD LOST AND WERE SEARCHING FOR FOR TWO DAYS! NOT ONLY FOUND IT, BUT, MIRACULOUSLY, BROUGHT IT OUT in fine shape. We figured the odds of this happening were 100 to 1, but were we happy? Overjoyed and relieved. He shared in our joy, made a video of it, and we parted with GREAT JOY on both sides. I couldn't recommend him and his outfit more highly. I'd easily give them ten stars on a scale of one to five. I had a plumbing issue and searched plumbers on Yelp. Michael contacted me while on his vacation & actually left his vacation early to help me out. The plumbing issue turned out to be a very large job. Michael explained what the problem was in great detail & in terms I could understand. LDCS showed up within a couple of hours of calling them when no one else could/would. I contacted 3 other plumbers along with LDCS. Michael showed up wearing a mask and safety protocols were followed. We have a reoccurring main issue. All other plumbers that have helped us in the past had indicated that we would probably have to get rid of our amazing October Glory, but Mike took the time and effort to actually find the ""ROOT"" of our problem. He not only cleared our main, he told us and showed us on his camera that the issue is right at the point where our main hits the city's sewer system (They are not aligned and roots are getting in at that point) and that we do not have to dig up our entire yard to fix this. He let us know exactly what needs to be done, a reasonable quote, and a timeframe of the needed work on the spot. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT GUY! Their number is now saved in my phone. :)
