We had a leak in our basement washer hook ups and faucet. L & C responded to my yelp request within 10 mins. I sent pictures via text. Mike came to do the job, was prompt, cordial, and honored the price quoted. He had no issues navigating our old pipes (our house is almost 100 years old), also changed our outdoor spigot, also gave us a one year warranty. Extremely happy to have found a reliable plumber!

The bathroom sink pipe started leaking. I talked to Mike and he gave me a quote based on a photo. He showed up the next day exactly on time and replaced the pipe quickly. A great experience. Will use again in the future.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.

Our sink in the bathroom began filling up from the drain and overflowing. Before long my bathroom was flooded. I was able to turn the water off to the building to stop the flow. Searched for a plumber nearby and L&C Sewer & Drains came up. I called and spoke to Mike explaining what was happening. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong after seeing the pictures I sent. He quoted me a price and when he came, he was able to correct the problem quickly so I was able to turn the water back on. My tenants were happy, and I am happy! I made note of their name and number and I plan on using their service for any future problems we have, (And he even cleaned up after he was done, who does that?), Thanks, Mike.

They are truly amazing! I had several issues that needed to be fixed on top of a complete bathroom remodel. They did demo, clean up, the main plumbing issues and the remodel. There was an issue that popped up right after they were finished but they came right away to make sure everything was perfect. They have great communication and fair prices. I already recommended them to someone else.

Update: Our sink is now fixed. Also, our bathtub was snaked. The first visit was on a Saturday night. Follow up to do the job was on Monday. We could not be happier. These guys really are special. First visit was from the owner himself. The installation was performed by Miguel two days' later. Excellent service. Eternally grateful!

I called Mike of https://www.thesewerguyinc.com/ aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.
