Luis is very responsive and he tries to save you money on the parts when possible. I had a gas water heater that wasn't working. I called Luis around 5:30pm at night and gave him the information over the phone. I got my gas valve replaced the very next day. He even replaced the water pipe for free cause it was too short. He made sure everything was working properly and not leaking before he took off. Overall, he's very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

We had a clogged toilet line that I was unable to clear. We called LM Plumbing And Drain Cleaning and Luis did just that. He took his time and did an excellent job. And he is a very nice man to boot. I will call him in the future if we need any plumbing service.

Very clear about what he planned to do, parts and materials to be used, and process to be followed later (in this case, operating main shut off). Will hire again. Note that charges are quoted in cash/check; card fees are passed through.

I was trying to save money and didn't know who I could trust to fix my drainage issue recently, so, in an effort not to get ""taken"" in an area for which I have no expertise, I asked a friend of a friend to help. Well, 3 visits and 2 snake rentals from Home Depot later, my sinks were still not draining and I was out $280. I broke down and turned to YELP. Unlike the 4 other plumbing companies that ""couldn't"" give me an estimate over the phone, Luis gave me an estimate to the best of his ability, was at my house within an hour, and COMPLETELY fixed my drain issue within 30 min for LESS than what I paid my friend for not fixing the problem!! I wish I had called him first. Lesson learned, and now I have a reliable trustworthy plumber I will go to first! So 9 months ago I called Luis due to no draining around my home. Instead of having me pay him to come advise me of calling the city first , like every other plumber, he asked me to call the city. Long story short it was the cities issue due to the city tree out front causing a back up due to the roots. Saved me potentially 100s there. And I was shocked of his honesty, when he could have easily came and charged me to look around like other plumbers.

So now I called him to replace my water heater. He did me a real solid by having me buy straight from his supplier to get his discount and high quality water heater. Ended up saving 250 after returning one I had bought from Home Depot. And he had a fair install price.

Water heater is working great , Bradford white which a good brand. Last about 2 more years on average than the Home Depot brands. Won't go wrong with this business hire.

Luis is a very kind and knowledgeable plumber. The cold water from my kitchen faucet was sputtering water. The hot water was fine and so were all my other faucets. I tried troubleshooting on my own with the help of YouTube but finally gave up. Based on his many positive reviews, I contacted Luis. He was at my house within 3 hours. He knew exactly where to start troubleshooting. There was debris in my cold water line under the sink. He cleared it out within minutes while explaining what he was doing. His fee was well worth it.
