I had a plumbing emergency and the home warranty company, American home shield, sent U.S. plumbing who gave me the runaround and immediately suggested repair that was not covered by the home warranty without even examining the issue in detail. The next day the problem got a lot worse and I found Luis on Yelp. I called Luis and he explained what could be causing the problem. He was so helpful over the phone. He was able to come later that day and pinpointed the issue. He fixed the problem and everything is going well. I really appreciate his professionalism, promptness, and honesty. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the blockage happened again.

Luis was calm, professional, and confidently reassuring. He was able to come over the next day, find the problem, and address it. He told me that he schedules just for the next day. So, no need to schedule in advance, just call him the day before. I do not know how much plumbers cost - but I feel like his rate was competitive for the work he did - but it his demeanor over the phone that differentiates him.
