Fred Y.On Saturday 2021 Dec. furnace was shutting off and on, Lloyds had been doing PMs called on call tech, he said nothing to worry about can wait til Monday house was getting cold called another service they arrived right away and resolved the issue
We woke up one Friday morning to a freezing cold house. We realized our boiler wasn't working. Lloyd's had someone come over the same day to take a look at it. Found out our ignitor was shot along with the pilot flame sensor. Unfortunately, our boiler is old and is no longer being made, so Lloyd's didn't have the parts on hand. The parts had to be ordered and took a while to get in. We were out heat and hot water for over 5 days, but as soon as parts were in, they were over that morning to install. Service was great, super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you have boiler troubles.
The work performed was very good but this is the most unethical company at a mgmt level that I have dealt with in my 30 years of being in business. Being billed for services that were not performed and taking weeks to perform work that was quoted to take 3 days is just not acceptable nor good business practice,
Very poor service, bad attitude, charge for work not completed or not even performed, you have to argue with them, do not call these guys, they will rip you off snd waste your time, very arrogant company, grumpy employees

I honestly can not say enough good about Lloyd's. Six years ago we bought a house that was a total gut job and when I mean total we even tore out all the existing ductwork. I called around 15 of the heating and cooling contractors/companies in the phone book to get estimates. About half never bothered to respond. Of the remaining half it was truly a joke dealing with the majority of these companies. From salesmen not having a clue on pricing to having to call out other people. SERIOUSLY?!? It wasn't that hard. A basic ranch home. The list was endless...I could have written a book on the horrors of dealing with heating and cooling contractors. EXCEPTION was Lloyd's.
Chris came out, looked over everything, listened to what we wanted, went back to the office and within hours had a proposal for us. Not only was it detailed but it was more competative than some estimates we waited well over a week for.
The crew who came and did the job were all amazing and personalble. They showed up on time every time and kept everything VERY clean. No messes were left anywhere. No charge when we changed where the gas line was going to go in the basement AFTER they had already put it in another spot. To say I was happy would be an understatement.
Exit to 5 years later and we want to put a new furnace and water heater into our other home. Furnace was older as was the water heater and neither were energy efficient. They both still worked we just wanted an upgrade. We NEVER once considered estimates. It was just...we have to call Lloyd's to get out here and get the new water heater and furnace replaced. Stopped in to Lloyd's set up a time for Chris to stop out. This was a Thursday. Appointment was set for Friday. 2 hours after our appointment we had a proposal. And one week later the new water heater and furnace were installed.
Once again the crew was on time...slightly early actually...friendly, professional and got the job done.
After the amazing service we have received with Lloyd's and the quick response times from Chris I would never consider another heating and cooling company again. I would recommend them to anyone. With hubby and I living in one house and my daughter, her husband and grandbabies living in the house the new water heater and furnace were put into it's nice to know any time there is a problem or concern that Lloyd's is on the ball.

We were very disappointed with the service we received. I scheduled Lloyd's to replace two shower faucets. After completing one of the faucets, the plumber had to leave for other jobs that were promised. It was only 1 pm, I had taken the entire day off assuming completion of my job was ""promised"". When I tried to reschedule, I was very disappointed with the customer service. I would not recommend using this company.
Bernice G.I've used Lloyds since 2005 and I wouldn't use anyone else. They come in and fix the plumbing problem even when I'm not home. I find them to be on time and trustworthy. I give them a 5 star.
Jennifer L.They did a good job installing our AC and furnace, and came in at a very competitive price. Afterwards I contacted our salesman with a billing question and received no response.
Jenell L.Overall? Call someone else. It took 4 trips to my house and several weeks to fix one shower head. They were supposed to repair a broken seal in a toilet as well but that took two trips and it still isn't fixed. They called me this morning and said the part would take over two weeks to get here. The funny thing is I ordered the part last night and it will be here tomorrow. I'll call someone else to put it in or do it myself.
They tell you they will return your calls and never do. Their credibility is down to just about zero. It's always 'someone else's fault.' Or, they couldn't return your call because they were at lunch. Or, someone ordered the wrong parts. Or, they ordered the right parts but the company sent the wrong ones. Or, they couldn't find the work slip. Or, on and on...
A thoroughly unpleasant and unproductive and unprofessional experience. Really, call someone else and save yourself a lot of frustration.
Update: I was quoted $135.00. Just got the bill- it was $487.00.
