I needed to replace an old toilet in my home. I purchased a toilet from Costco and had Lloyd's install it. This was likely ultimately ill-advised and I will likely not supply my own parts again.

There was a persistent water leak from that toilet and Lloyd's worked with me to replace that toilet with one of their own toilets. This put me in the unenviable position of having to pay installation and removal costs twice within just a few days, but I greatly appreciate that Lloyd's worked with me to fix my issue in an amicable manner. I've been using Lloyd's for at least 14 years and I've always been left very happy with their work and their staff. Bill, Nick, and Aaron are all top shelf professionals.

Lloyd's Plumbing has again proved how professional and honest they are to work with. I had a serious problem in my bathroom and we actually had to take out our bathtub in order to get to the piping under the cement floor.

Was amazing I asked so many questions and probably asked them more than once. My son did most of the work for me and worked hand and hand with Ritchie as the job progressed. Lloyd's Plumbing did another big job for me years ago which was more than they originally bargained for and they honored their estimate. Lloyd's staff are the most pleasant and professional

Having just remodeled my home in preparation of selling it, I replaced the floors.

From a referral I contacted Lloyd's to reinstall my toilets.

The woman on the phone wouldn't quote me a price to set 3 toilets. She insisted that they would only quote me on site. She wouldn't even give me an hourly rate their work would be based on.

When I said that won't work for me, the woman on the phone hung up.

Having spent my career in the service business, I know the hard part is getting a potential client to call for the first time. Bad business!!

Over the past year a little settlement to the pavers around my pool has turned into pretty severe settlement damage. I called Lloyds to do a leak detection to see if it was caused by a leak in my pool water system before doing repairs. Thomas came out with Kastin and they spent a lot of time digging around the pool and trying to determine where a possible leak was. He took time to explain things as they went along which is always much appreciated. We are going to let the soil dry out now to give a better idea of where the water is coming from and then I will follow up with Thomas. It is so good to be able to call a company that you can count on to be honest, competent and willing to take time to explain what they are doing. Thanks, Thomas, Kastin and Lloyds. .

I previously gave Lloyds a 2 star rating but am changing that rating. Why, because they reached out to me to better understand and change the protocol for dispatch. Changing their protocol to give customers information concerning asbestos testing when cutting into the ceiling or wall (you can do this yourself without testing) and being upfront about the service call fee. They explained why they approached it that way, perhaps it was a smaller issue that did not require cutting into the ceiling and true some people may not have the skills or desire to problem solve before calling.

I appreciate the transparency and refund of my service charge. In regards to pricing each business has it's overhead and determines pricing. If time allows, it is always good to get a couple of estimates.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, clean, and knowledgeable Plumber, there is no reason To waste your time and look any further- you have found them at Lloyd's.
I don't know what it takes to change a Yelp rating from orange to red and to give it five stars, but I would give Lloyds Plumbing 10 stars if I could! I know they have a lot of different people that specialize in different areas of plumbing but I have the good fortune of having a plumber named Bill help me with my problem. I had called 14 different plumbers when my hot water heater started leaking on a Friday, and only four were able to come out before Monday. Only three were available to come out that day and stop the leaking, and only two were willing to change the hot water heater in less than a week because they were too busy. Of those that did come out on that Friday to give me an estimate, they all told me I had a particular problem in addition to the hot water heater, that might involve tearing down a wall to replace a pipe.. One of them didn't even want to come back because he said the job is too difficult - and he was listed as one of the favored plumbers in my area on the Next Door app!
Bill not only came out as soon as possible but he changed my water heater and fixed the other problem with the least amount of drama for a reasonable price. He did not need to rip down a wall, I watched him replace the pipe, and he did everything up to code in a much shorter amount of time than I expected and left my house looking as clean as when he got there. Everything is working now and I'm very happy. Call Lloyds if you want to be happy too, because I can tell you that there are a whole lot of plumbers out there that have good yelp reviews and good reviews on Nextdoor that are terrible.

Highly recommend/ We have used them on several occasion after canceling our home protection plan which was always a headache and a half to deal with.
Lloyd's has consistently been accommodating, competent, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. We are relieved to know we have a plumber to call who delivers such quality work and who employs such honest and accommodating workers.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF! This review is solely for pricing. (Dispatch and the technicians are capable, super-friendly and do a good job). I had used them years ago for work and they were very reasonable. I made the mistake of calling just them for a job, and I feel personally violated at the price (I do now see another review over convincing hot water expansions that are not needed at astronomical price). They wanted $215 to replace a toilet flapper? I will not make this mistake again. To give them another shot, I called to get a quote for replacing very basic item. They were TWICE as much as the 10 other people I called. (Same part). Needless to say, you've lost a customer. If you re-consider your pricing, I would be interested in using you again.
