Kate P.I have used Lloyds on multiple occasions and been satisfied with their work. The last two times I needed to hire a plumber I left multiple messages and emailed and received no response. I suspect that as their opportunities have grown they no longer need to serve my area as it is 25 miles away but just have the courtesy to return the phone call. A simple thank you for supporting our business as we were starting out but we are too busy to serve your area any longer and recommend someone closer to my home.
Robb F.I called 3 times and left a message for them to call me about my sump pump. I have a radon and sump well combination. I have an alarm that my sump pump isn't working. Not one time did they call back. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them ever at this point to anyone.
