like a previous reviewer and had similar difficulties as the person who said Service was poor. We and we're still waiting for him to finish after six months. Everything he did was totally unprofessional but we kept giving him the benefit of the doubt because he was a nice guy some of the time. Unfortunately, we pre-paI'd and are now not likely to ever see him returning. Do not recommend him for any plumbing or HVAC service.

Our air conditioning was not working and Lloyd came and fixed it in a matter of a few hours and that after he diagnosed and fixed the leak in a few minutes. This was after the other company quoted us 10k on a new ac unit. I'd recommend him. The AC has been reliable since then.

ei have several rental houses and have been using Lloyd many times over the last ten years. He does a great job and does not try to sell you things you don't need. One of my hot water tanks would not light. Everyone else tries to sell you a new hot water tank when he rebuilt it at a fraction of the cost of a new tank.

A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure out how to fix the machine.

Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom.

Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed!

A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars.

""What?!"" the owners exclaimed. ""He hardly did anything!""

So they wrote the old man a note saying, ""Please send us an itemized bill.""

The man sent a bill that read:

Tapping with a hammer...................... $ 2.00
Knowing where to tap......................... $ 9,998.00

The moral of the story:

*Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference!

My pilot light went out in my water tank and I had the hardest time lighting it. I just got this hot water tank a few months ago so I was shocked that I was having problems with it. I found Lloyd the plumber on Craigslist. When I explained the situation to him, he rudely said that he had prior appointments that he will receive more money from. But he assured me he would work me into his schedule. After waiting all day I decided to call to get an eta. He answered rudely saying that he to finishing up a job and on his way. I fell asleep and woke up it was 8PM. I called no answered. He finally called back a little after 10pm and I advised it's too late and to come in the morning. He agreed but didn't answered the phone the entire next day. By the third day I was giving up and to my surprise he answered. He came grumpy, saying I need a new gas valve which he had in the truck. He had a few that looked old. I asked why the part not new looking. He said that how it looks and he was the professional with years experience. He was having difficulties putting the old gas valve and rigged it to come on. I complained about the gas smell and flares coming from it. He said the flares was ok and the gas smell will go away soon. Well it stayed lit for three days but went out again. I called him to let him know what happened. He said he had lots appointments that day but could bump me up next if I would have to exchange some sexual favors. I exchange unpleasant words and hung up on him. I called his competitor and they came the same day but assured me the hot water tank was destroyed due to the modifications and I had to replace the whole tank. DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!

I hired this gentleman off of a Craig's list ad he was running to inspect the furnace and A/C. He showed up with only and amp meter, when I asked him where was his equipment, he said what more did he need. He looked at the furnace and checked the amperage and that's all that he did. I asked him when was he going to test for gas leaks he said he hadn't brought that equipment that he had wrecked his van the day before. Then asked me what more I wanted him to do. I had to show him his ad of what he was supposed to be doing which, even after showing him his ad he did not do any of it. Complete waste of our time, would never recommend.

I called him about pricing. I need to change Inducer motor and pressure switch. He was extremely overpriced on parts. When I told him that, he got very rude.

Lloyd the plumber admitted to taking personal property from my home. Promised several times to return along with a part from the old hot water heater and the paperwork. Always has an excuse. He did a fine job replacing the water heater but his customer service and follow up is below par. Kept calling me and texting me with excuse when I made it clear that I just wanted things left at my front door. I would definitely not recommend him and if you hire him keep an eye out, or you too may also find items missing.

Single handily the worst experience as a consumer of my life. We needed a lot of repairs done and he quoted me around $2,000. I paid $1,000 up front and he never returned or answered my phone calls. This man should be in jail.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service Lloyd provided over the holiday weekend. Our AC had shut down in the 90 degree weather and we really needed it repaired. He showed up as soon as he finished his previous service call, he was friendly, did not hesitate to explain everything he was doing, and got us up and running quickly. We also appreciated the fact that he was honest about the problem and didn't pad his fee trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He didn't even charge extra for it being a holiday weekend and a Sunday. We definitely will call Lloyd again for any HVAC or plumbing problems that may arise.

Lloyd the plumber who gave us a really good rate compared to everybody else. We needed a service after 2 years of good running AC and he came out and fixed it free of charge and has taken care of us with any other questions the we have had for him.
